Attending MV/LT Electrical faults and repairing of EI & Fans and Service connection cables etc. for various TEs/BTS in Cuttack BA . (Zone-I: Exchanges and BTS sites under Revenue District Cuttack & Jajpur)(SH:- Miscellaneous items not included in the RC tender-Replacement of faulty/burnt outof380mm /15 heavy duty1400 RPM Exhaust Fans having maximum free air delivering capacity not less than 3250m3/ hour(1910 CFM) and maximum sound level not more than 60-65 db. with a capacitor start and run type, continuously rated, totally enclosed and ruggedly built motor having pre-lubricated double ball bearingwith Class A and E insulation suitable for operation on 230 volts single phase 50 HZ AC supply with features forsmooth &silent operation todeliver the maximum output at lower operating cost. The impeller of the Exhaust Fan isto bepropeller type andboth hub and impeller are to be dynamically balances and frames and arms mounted on rubber bushing so that, vibration are virtually eliminated. (Make- Almonard HD (ISI) / Crompton Greavesor similar superior) (Excluding installation) 2 380mm /15 heavy duty1400 RPM, maximum free air deliverying capacity not less than 3250m3/ hour(1910 CFM) and maximum sound level not more than 60-65 db.(BTS Kesharpur) 3 Installation of exhaust fan up to 450mm sweep in the existing opening with fastener/ GI nuts and bolts after removing the faulty/damaged if required, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. 4 Rewinding of 380 mm heavy duty exhaust fan by superior quality super enameled copper conductor i/c heat varnishing, testing etc. as required.(BTS Kesharpur) 5 Supplying and laying of 32mm diaGI pipe for protection ofcable complete as required.(BTS Malgodwan). 6 Testing of the main LT cable (from transformer to main LT Panel) with the help of 1000 Volt megger after disconnection from both ends etc complete as required. (TE Salipur and TE Banki) 7 Dismantling of the existing LT cable laid on surface and the kit kat box and shifting the kit kat box to another position as per requirement i/c relaying of the cable etc complete as required.(BTS Malgodwan). 8 Reinburshment of TPCODL demand note charges for replacememnt of LT cable for TE Biribati etc complete as required. 9 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing RCC ring of 300 mm dia and 450 mm depth enclosure with RCC cover plate having lifting arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. 10 Supplyand fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required. 11 Supplyand fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. 12 Replacement of the faulty and burn out Fuse links by new ones of following ratingsi/c connection testing etc. as required.(Make-Legrand / L&T / Schneider Electric / Siemens/Havells ) 13 200 Amps 415VPorcelain Fuse unit(TE Salipur and TE Gopalpur) 14 Supply of the following sizesPVC insulated & PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured cable 650/1100 V. grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988i/c transportation to respective sites etc. as required for replacement of faulty/burnt out cables. 15 3 1/2 core 70 sqmm(TE Jajpur Town) 16 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size Up to 35sqmmin the existing Duct/Air as required. 17 Above 35 sq mm Up to 95sqmm 18 Replacement of burn out Sockets/lugs of cables by new ones of following types and sizes i/c dismantling the burnt out portion of cables/wires, crimping/fixingof new sockets/lugs etc. (Dowells / Comet / HexConnect well / SS) 19 Sockets 70sqmm Al Conductor Armoured cable (TE Jajpur Town)
