Tender For Repair Of Shibpur Jetty- 1 Gangway to be lifted from River bed and placed on another pontoon by all tools & tackles etc. 2 After renewal of yoke arm and repairing of gangway, again gangway to be placed at Yoke base by tools & tackles etc. 3 Gangway and pontoon mooring adjustment, alongwith fixing of gangway lasing chain by all tools and tackles etc. w.r.t the linkway. 4 Tidal, Up and down stream river Anchors with chain to be Lifted from river bed and relaying the same at their proper location. 5 Removal ofexisting damaged yoke arm and kept at specified location ,and commissioning the new yoke assembly. 6 Fabrication and suply Yoke Shaft (Forged Steel GR.IS 1875 CL2A) 175OD X 2400 Long(400 Wide X300Height x400Long). 7 Fabrication and suply Yoke Pin (Forged Steel GR.IS 1875 CL2A) 280x280 squarex70thk.(150OD x 630Long). 8 Fabrication and suply Yoke Pin Locking Nut (Forged Steel GR.IS 1875 CL2A)300OD x60Thk. 9 Existing Yoke Roller to be Repaired to suit with the new yoke arm. 10 8mm G.M Bush Fitting Inside Yoke Roller. 11 Yoke arm Holding fork (25mm thk plate). 12 Damaged Wooden planks of Gangway to be replaced by new 75mmMalyasian Sal Wood planks. 13 Steel work to be done at Linkway and Gangway structure alongwith Gangway steps. 14 Steel fender to be provides and fitted. 15 Twin bollard to be fitted at pontoon deck. 16 Hire charges of one pontoon for keeping the Gangway for the entire period of repair. 17 Hire charges of one vessel for assisting the entire work i.e. removal of Gangway, lifting and relaying of anchors and watch keeping of dismantled pontoon and Gangway through out the repairing period . 18 supply of 30mm dia. Stud link anchor chain for gangway securing-1.00Length.(1 length=27.5m) 19 supply of D Shackles(50mm dia.) 20 supply of D Shackles(30mm dia.) 21 Entire pontoon and Gangway to be thoroughly chipped scrapped & cleaned. 22 External Surfaces to be painted by 01 coat of Epoxy primer & 01 coat of Epoxy based Black Paint. 23 Internal Surface of the pontoon to be painted by 02 coats of Zn – Chromate. 24 Lingway strectutal member alongwith Railing pipe and gate to be painted by One coat of primer and one cot of finish. 25 Gangway to be painted by one coat of Epoxy primer and One Coat of Aluminum paint. 26 Elctrical repair work to be done including renewal of damaged Light fittigs, wire, switches etc.
