    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services Similar Category Annual Maintenance Service - Epabx System Resolving any complaints whatsoever related to Internet & T e le ph o n e Connection of any sorts in any of the sections of Old & New buildings of New Customs House. II. Resolving any complaints whatsoever related to EPABX & Internet L A N system. This Tender shall also act as comprehensive AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for the EPABX & Internet L A N system and any issues with respect of malfunctioning of any part of the EPABX & Internet L A N or the EPABX & Internet L A N system as a whole must be dealt with and covered under this Tender. III. Resolving any complaints whatsoever related to Internet L A N at all the sections of New Customs House (1500 Data Points / 60 Various Network switches / Fibre Cables / Cat6 Cables / Racks / Patch cords / Accessories). IV. Resolving any complaints whatsoever related to Telephone Instruments at all the sections of New Customs House (550 Single Connections, Thirty (30) 1+1 Connections, & Four (04) 1+2 Connections). V. This shall also include shifting of existing connections one place to another as and when required by the department. Total Quantity :
