The system will be installed at AMNS Hazira/WB3 Site to ensure that vehicles exiting the site do not carry dirt and debris onto public roads. 2.Objectives: 2.1 To prevent the spread of dirt, mud, and debris from construction vehicles onto public roads. 2.2To ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations. 2.3To provide a reliable and efficient wheel washing solution. 2.4To minimize maintenance and operational downtime. 3.Scope of work: 3.1 Design and engineering: 3.1.1 Conduct a site survey to determine the optimal location and layout for the wheel washing system. 3.1.2 Design a system that meets the specific requirements of the site, including the volume and type of vehicles. 3.1.3 Ensure the design complies with relevant environmental and safety regulations. 3.2Supply of Equipment: 3.2.1 Provide all necessary equipment for the wheel washing system (refer Annexure 1 and 2) 3.2.2 Washing platform or basin 3.2.3 Water spray nozzles 3.2.4 Pumps and motors. 3.2.5 Water recycling and filtration system. 3.2.6 Control panel and automation systems. 3.2.7 Ancillary equipment (e.g., sensors, valves, piping). 3.3 Installation: 3.3.1 Install the wheel washing system according to the approved design and manufacturer’s specifications. 3.3.2 Connect the system to water and power supplies. 3.3.3 Implement proper drainage systems to manage wastewater. 3.4 Commissioning: 3.4.1 Test the installed system to ensure it operates correctly and efficiently. 3.4.2 Adjust settings and parameters to optimize performance. 3.4.3 Provide initial training to the AMNS MH team on the operation and maintenance of the system. 3.5 Maintenance and Support: 3.5.1 Provide a maintenance schedule and manual. 3.5.2 Offer periodic maintenance services, including inspection, cleaning, and parts replacement. 3.5.3 Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. 3.5.4 Supply spare parts and consumables for the system according to the AMC. 4Deliverables: 4.1.2 Detailed design drawings and specifications. 4.1.3 Equipment and materials supply. 4.1.4 Installation completion report. 4.1.5 Commissioning report, including test results and operational settings. 4.1.6 Training session and materials fo
