Smooth O<(>&<)>M of 15KLD STP on 24hrs basis and should comply to the norms set by OSPCB and the parameters of final outlet must with in the desired limits. 2. Maintaining daily logbook and sign it from officials of Environment Department. 3. Preventive maintenance with tools and tackles 4. Spare Parts and consumables. 5. Timely cleaning of all the tanks as and when required. 6. Replacement of breakdown/damaged equipment or any other spare parts. 7. Coloring of all the tanks, structures and Equipments once in a year. Chemicals: Provide all chemicals need to be used for operation. (sodium hypo chloride-100 Ltr, Urea-100 kg,Dav-100 kg,Bacterial culture-100 ltr,Alum-40 kg,Lime-60 kg,Cow dung-3000 kg in yearly basis) Spares: Provide as spare and periodic maintenance electrical installations as well as other Equipments. (V type belt-10 no, Rubber belt-10 no, Gland packing-10 no, MCCB switch-4 no, Cotton rope-2 no, Pressure gauge-4 no, Sand Filter-1 no, Carbon Filter-1, screen no in yearly basis) Manpower: Required 02 nos of high skilled operator having minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of STP/ETP operation.
