    Tender Details

    Items for Quotation invitation for 10 H.P A.C surface solar pump-1 Solar Module Mounting (Galvanised Steel) surface structure (for 10 KW) having Hot deep galvanised of Zinc thickness 80 micron and as per IS4759 with C Channel & anti theft with Nut Bolt of grade SS304, which should also withstand high wind velocity upto 150km/hr or as per MNRE. 2 10 kWp SPV module of 330wP or higher rating, which must have Specification as per IS 14286/IEC 61215. The module must have to quilify IS/IEC 61730 part I & II (or having mechanical load test of 5400Pa) for safety purpose. Module to Module wattage mismatch in SPV Array shall be +/-3% and to qualify IEC TS 62804-:2015 for the delection of potential induced degradation and warranted for output wattage not less then 90% in 10yrs and 80% at the end of 25yrs as per MNRE. 3 USPC controller with SPV module/VFD integrated with GPRS, having MPPT, Protection IP 65 or above as per MNRE to run 10 HP AC Induction motor pump set. 4 Solar cable of 4mm² used as pe IS 694 or as per MNRE. 5 Copper cable 95mm² used as per IS 694 or as per MNRE. 6 copper cable 16 mm² for earthing as per IS 694 or as per MNRE. 7 suppling and commissiong of earthing and lighting arrestor and surge protection as per IS 3043, IEC 62305-3 and IEC 63227 for 10 HP AC induction motor pump set. 8 10 H.P A.C. inducation motor Solar pump set of having performance with respect to Total Head,Maximum Current, Capacity, Voltage Range etc as per MNRE guidelines. 9 Miscellaneous Accessories for Installation of 10 H.P. A.C induction motor Solar Pump (L.S) Solar 10HP AC Surface Pump 10 Supplying, installation and commissioning Charge of Module and Structure for 10 kW. 11 Maintenance for atleast 5 years or as per MNRE guidelines
