Repair And Renovation Of Various Defective Electrical And Mechanical Items For Different T/Well Installed Under Ac-37 Palam Constituency.-Name of tubewells: 1. Mahavir Enclave C-2 Nanda Block Lowering & lifting of sub/sets from bore by taking our double flanged GI Pipes, submersible P/set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and bolts etc and replacement fo damaged D/F GI pipes, cable, defective pump set etc as per site requirement and lowering of sub P/set, sub cable, GI pipe etc as required, jointing of cable from P/Set along with holding of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T&P, priod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipments, Safety gadgets as required as required the consumable material (rubber paking and nuts bolts) will be aranged by the firm as per site requirement. MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole-1 No2. RCCB/ELCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole with earth fault indicator and positive contact indication protecting a circuit automatically 1No3. Fully automatic star delta starter of 10 HP, 3 Phase oil immersed type 1No4. Digital Ampere meter 96mmx96mm square shape of 0-30 Amp range 1No5. Digital Voltmeter of 96mm x 96 mm square shape of 0-500 volt range with selector switch 1No6. LED Indicating lamps with fitting (a set of 3 lamps) 1Set7. Shunt capacitor of 5 KVAR with three phase isolator 1No8. Motor Protection Assembly having Earth Leakage protection, Phase sequence corrector, Single phasing protection, Over load protection, High voltage-low voltage protection. 1No9. Programmable time switch (i.e. RYB Phase & facility to change over from automatic tomanual & vice versa) up to 10 H.P.1No10. Complete wiring of panel board & installation of electrical accessories in the panel with required copper conductor wire & thimbling etc as required. The panel board shall be mounted on the base frame of 600mm height made of 50x50x6mm angle iron frame.Make:-All the insert used in Panel must be of DJB approved makes and should be ISI marked where make of that equipment is not approved. 3 S/O PVC insulated PVC sheathedflat submersible cable with plain copper conductorhaving three core 4 sq mm415/1100V (each roll 100 mtr) Make:-Fort/Gloster/ICL/CCI/ICC/Universal/Grandlay 4 Making/supply of 50mm, 3 mtr long approx double flanged (OD 130mm) GI Pipe, mediumconforming to IS:1239(2004)SWS, B Class having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded on each side of flange. The flanges having four holes and cut for cable. Make- TATA/Jindal Hisar 5 Rubber gasket 500 mm dia OD-135 mm 6 Supply of nut bolts of size ½”X2 ms make :-A-one / ISI marked 7 G..I. Tail piece 50 mm dia 0.5 mtr. Long with one end threaded & other end flanged (OD 130mm) having 3 No L-Type brackets duly welded with flange having 4 Nos. hole & cut for cable. 8 Testing and commissioning of all the above equipments with the help of manpower and chain pulley taking all safety measures as per site requirements.
