Description :-Supply & Installation of Relocatable, easy to install at, “Single Seat Urinal Unit” to be installed at various Locations.Nature of Supply:- Goods to be made out of all new material, using modern prefabricated technology for production and installation. The material in supply should be modular in nature.Type:- Lift and Carry, Relocatable, Modular to be shifted to other locations easily.Size:- Overall size of the of 1100mm x 1030mm x 2100mm.Structure:- The Structure of the Toilet shall be made out of standard MS sections. And especially formed MS sections for support and corners. The structure legs shall be suitably fixed with the help of Anchor Fasteners of size M8x 100mm in base.Floor:- Floor of toilet area shall be raised by 150mm above the mean ground level provided. The floor shall be supported on interconnected grid of MS SHS. 18mm Cement Fibre Floor Board shall be placed over the Grid. Floor Finish shall be Ceramic Floor Tiles.Walls:- Wall of the Toilet shall be insulated panels of thickness 40mm. The wall panels shall be fixed to the superstructure with the help of Aluminum Pop Rivets. The sandwich construction of wall cladding shall have Pre Painted Galvanised Iron sheet, with epoxy primer coating and TCT of 0.30mm to serve as outer and inner laminates. It shall have light cutting grooves over il to provide additional strength. The sandwich material of PUF shall be injected in the cavity of the wall panels under controlled pressure using high pressure injection machine for achieving a density of 36kg/m3.Roof:- Top Roof is made up of Manalapene HDPE sheets and it have HRDAengraved on both the sides.Door:- There shall be 1 Door provided for Entry/ Exit same as that of the walls. The door Frame shall be made of especially formed Pressed Steel section same material as the walls. The door shall be cut and fixed in the wall panel.Door shall be provided with all fitments like hinge, handle, tower bolt and Al Drop. Door Size: 600mmx 1900mmVentilator:- Two ventilator 20 gauge MS sheet with louvers for air circulation inside the cabin.Sanitary Item:- The toilet shall have 1 No. Ceramic Urinal Pot fixed on the wall. 1 No. of SS Wash Hand basin to be provided. Angle wall for flush in the Urinal to be provided.Water Tank:- Overhead Water tank of capacity 500 Litres. Provided on roof top grid support to be provided.
