Repairing And Re Strenghting Work Of Town Hall Nagaur - Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. includingressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation andisposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.In all types soils/ saturated soil such asoorum, sand, sandy silt,clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specifiedrade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone ggregate 20 mm nominal size). 3 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)Extra forandom rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure abovelinth level and upto two stories. Extra for coursed rubble masonry with hard stone (first or second sort) in superstructure above plinth level and upto two stories. 5 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm 6 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40 mm 7 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning thesurface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumpingground within 50 metres lead. 8 Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixedglazing and false ceiling includingisposal of unserviceable surplusmaterial and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meters leadas directed by Engineer-in-charge. 9 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and completelabour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12mm cement plaster of mix : including Providing /mixing of syntheticfibers compulsorily complying with IS 16481:2022 of 06 mm/12 mmlength to be mixed @ 0.25% by weight of Cement i.e. 125 gms per50 kg Cement up to 900 gms per cum of Concrete/ mortar1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 10 Extra for plastering exterior walls of height more than 10 m fromground level for every additional height of 3 m or part there of 11 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat withcement primer. 12 Painting (two or more coats) on rain water, soil, waste and ventpipes and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approvedsteel primer on new work. 150 mm diameter pipes 13 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs toscratches etc. complete 14 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) 15 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on theexterior side, upto seven storyheight made with 40mm dia. M.S.tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical tubes joining withcup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clampsand M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platformetc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the requiredduration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffoldingsystem shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with thebuilding etc wherever required for inspection of work at requiredlocations with essential safety features for the workmen etc.complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .Theelevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for paymentpurpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration ofscaffolding. (To be used for maintenance work judicially . necessarydeduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done.) 16 Kota stone slab flooring 25mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick Area of each slab 2001 to 5000 sqcmbase laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed withpigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing andpolishing completewith base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) : 17 Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of tiles includingrubbing and cleaning etc.complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4coarse sand).
