Tender For Re-Construction Work Of Sikheda Hajari To Fafrana Road - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with threewheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 2 Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M 30(Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity andappropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and finished with Power Trowel Cum Floter-Trimix Flooring Machine.Technical Specification Clause 1501. Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to ETA/wet mix macadam conforming to table 400-13 of MORTH specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plantwith 1% Ordinary Portland Cement and 3.5% Emulsion SS-2 Stab,carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.as per Morth Spacification clause 406 S.I no 4.15Including all taxes Including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc., labour cess, royalty and all taxes complete but excluding GST. 4 Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm. wide. 11 cm. deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge as per SI 765 Including all material, labour, T&P, Taxes, Cess etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding GST. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
