Bids Are Invited For Repair and Overhauling Service - Provn of Qty 05 Pedestal fan and Grouting of SC Cupboards at certain locations and allied works at AFS Kumbhirgram; As per scope of work; Yes; Buyer Premises PROVISION OF QTY-05 PEDESTAL FAN AND GROUTING OF S&C CUPBOARDS AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS AND ALLIED WORKS AT AFS KUMBHIRGRAM 1 Supply and fixing multistranded aluminium conductor 6sqmm 4core, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, unarmoured cable including lugs etc laying from existing LT panel / MCB DB to proposed duty post including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed. 2 Supply and fixing 4.00 Sqmm galvanized wire fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including all necessary fittings for supporting the cable from monkey menace etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 240 Volts, 4 way, double door IP-42/43, flush type etc complete with 200 Amps rated bus bar all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply and fix MCB SPN, 240 V, 10 Amps, 10 KA ISI marked as per IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 colour coded On/Off indication IP 20 protected terminals complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fix MCB SP,240 V, 6 Amps, 10 KA ISI marked as per IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 colour coded On/Off indication IP 20 protected terminals complete all as specified and directed. 6 M&L for Point wiring complete with proper colour coading using, 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated FRLS, unsheathed wire with multi stranded copper conductor confirming to IS-694, Part II, ISI marked (white and creamy colour) and including PVC conduit/casing capimg medium grade not less than 25 mm. ISI marked with all accessories concealed in wall/celling/floor/roof etc, including 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, FRLS, unsheathed, 1100 Volts Multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly terminated into PVC socket box of required size for one light point/one fan point/one way switch on of required size (modular white cover plate with frame measured separately) for mounting of switch complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply and fixing Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush/surface type universal complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply, fixing of 750mm pedastal fan, no of blades 3, blade material metal, voltage 230 v. frequency 50HZ, minimum air delivery 300 CMM, speed 1400 RPM, dimension not below 60X30X25 CM. Make: Havells, Usha, Atomberg. 9 M&l for dismalting floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing sevicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 10 M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 11 M&L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved and plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and direc ted. 12 M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick/concrete surface finished even and fair without usijng extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for prepareation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of OBD, completed all as specified and as directed Total Quantity :
