    Bids Are Invited For Hiring of Consultancy Services - Percentage based - Technology Consultants; Engineering Design; Yes; Hybrid(As specified in scope of work) Preparation of Architecture Drawings - Preparation of complete conceptual plans, architectural drawings (Elevation, Sections and Schedule of finishes). The drawings will cover detailed working drawings to minutest details with reference to technical, architectural and functional requirements in soft & hard copy. Architecture plan of bldg. will be prepared as per Accommodation statement Part-II, approximate estimate Part-II. Name of Building: - (i) Office Accn (D/S) - 288.28 Sqm (II) Car Parking - 15.00 Sqm (iii) Single Living Accn for 04 JCOs (D/S)-214.8 Sqm (iv) Car Parking - 36.00 Sqm INCLUSIONS: Outlining/Specifications of the building and taking approval from the Employer, modifying sketches designs and specifications as per the requirements of the Employer. Rendered Basic Perspective views showing Elevation feature, color scheme etc. post approval of line plans Structure Services- Based on approved architecture drawing, Structural design and drawings shall be prepared for all the above listed buildings duly incorporated with all the details & submitted in two phases (preliminary & final drawings), final submission of all the approved structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD File) in A1 size hard & soft copy (IN CD) for all the required category of buildings in desired configuration.
