Tender For Construction And Resurfacing Of Synthetic Courts; 1 Description 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift , including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 3 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth,consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 6 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 7 Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein. 8 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 9 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 10 Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Using grade A sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834. 11 Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-incharge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). 12 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20 13 Groove cutting in C.C. pavement for expansion joints using heavy duty cutting machine with diamond cutting wheel as per direction of engineer -in-charge.Groove Size: 1 cm width & 5 cm depth 14 Providing and Laying of ITF certified synthetic coatflooring with first layer of concrete primer second layer of acrylic resurfacer withsand and cement , third to seventh layer of cushion coat and after that two coats of acrylic colour and above that line marking etc for the sports court, including all consumables as per manufacturers specifications and direction of engineer -in-charge. 15 Providing and Laying of ITF certified synthetic coatflooring with two coats of acrylic colour and above that line marking etc for the sports court, including all consumables as per manufacturers specifications and direction of engineer -in-charge.
