Tender For Repair Work Of Hindon River Bridge Located On The Link Road From Chutmalpur Kamalpur Road Km. 2 To Chutmalpur Halwana Road Km. 3 - Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in theform of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M. in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remmingand dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. liftand 30 M. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as directed by the Engineerincharge.(Royality removed by Govt. ) for small works/ Abadi area. (where machine can not move ) (cartage earth 3 km.) 2 Providing and laying Filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical specification 3 Providing and laying boulder pitching for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight (25kg) laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specification (MORD 1300) 4 Painting on divider 1 priming and two coats of enamel paintincluding supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No. 761 C) 5 Excavation in foundation in soil mixed with moorum single, kankar requiring the use of special T&P such as pick axes, sabbals etc.including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth or into the trenches or into the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M as per S.I. No. 252(a) 6 Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved coarse sand cement in proportion 8 :4 :1 including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (as per Sl. No. 281) 7 M-150 Brick Work in One Cement & Three Coarse Sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I. No. 307) 8 12 mm thick plaster (1:3) with one part cement and 3 parts approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc for proper completion of work. (SI No. 583) 9 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. No. 279(a) 10 Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per Technical Specifications including subsequent cutting/removal and sealing of the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy 11 Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1. 12 Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per technical specification. 13 Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete as drawing and Technical Specification
