Tender For Rate Analysis For 4.5 Mtr Decorative Deep Stambh Lamp Post Of Small Tulsi Pole -1. Supply and Erection of a Decorative Deep Stambh Lamp post of small Tulsi Pole with a total height of 4.5 meters, made from both cast iron and mild steel (MS) pipe of grade as per IS1161. The base of the pole made of ornamental base decorative cast iron of 730mm height, thickness 3mm and bottom dia 325mm. The part above ornamental base design consists of vertically installed decorative cast iron round pipe of OD 110 mm having height 800mm, thickness 3mm. The section above decorative CI round pipe should consist of decorative cast iron Surai/handi of height 230mm, and above surai there is a MS Pipe 90mm OD and 3mm thick of height 1410mm having 9 cast iron deep on vertical upward part having 3 watt light as per the drawing. The top part of the pole will be made from a 90mm and 3mm thick MS pipe, 800mm high, which consist of 1450mm long double-arm bracket of “S” shape made from OD 50mm and 3mm thick MS pipe and decorative design having 50Watt LED hexagonal post top lantern Fitting – 2 Nos as per drawing. The hexagonal lantern fitting shall be made from cast aluminium of hexagonal design of height 500mm and width 330mm. IK-8 All LEDs warranty 5 year. Above Bracket there shall be an illuminated decorative temple design gamla/pot having artificial Tulsi look alike plant mounted at the top as per the design. The artificial tulsi plant should be illuminated with the 3W green colour outdoor LED light. The pole shall have internal junction box of 175 X 80mm with locking arrangement and connector with backelite plate. The internal junction box should be located at the base casting just above the base. The base plate should be of dia 325mm and thickness 16mm which should be welded 100mm below the base casting for incoming cable management. Pole Details: Total height: 4.5 mtr, Weight: 140 Kg, Variation: ±5 % Approx The base plate will have a diameter of 325 mm and a thickness of 16 mm, with three foundation bolts. The foundation bolts will be M20 in size and 750mm long J type EN 8 grade. A suitable earthing arrangement will be provided for electrical safety. The pole will be treated inside and out to prevent rust and painted with polyurethane (PU) paint in an approved color for durability. The cast iron parts will receive special treatment with a PU based primer and paint to protect against rust and corrosion, while also giving the pole a pleasing look. Available Colour Finishing – Antique Gold, Antique Green, & Antique Copper. SLD for internal wiring of all LEDs should be submitted during pole erection. Packing: Special Packing of 2 Layers.
