(with fuel & lubricants) 2 Transportation of tube well assembly, 3 Transportation of Air Compressor including installation, dismantling, loading/unloading and returning the same ith fuel and lubricants. 4 Transportation of OP Unit including installation, dismantling, loading/unloading and returning the same with fuel and lubricants. 5 Drilling of 600 mm dia initial pilot bore from GL to 70 m BGL. 6 Drilling of 500 mm dia bore from 70 BGL to 100 meter below ground level 7 Drilling of 500 mm dia bore from 100 BGL to 200 meter below ground level 8 Lowering of 200 mm dia MSERW pipe from GL to 60 m BGL to 100Meter BGL 9 Lowering of 200 mm dia MSERW.plain/slotted pipe from 60 m BGL to 100Meter BGL. 10 Lowering of 200 mm dia MSERW.plain/slotted pipe from 100 m BGL to 180Meter BGL. 11 Supply of Pea Gravel/bajri (1.6x4.8mm) duly screened and washed as per IS4097. 12 For cement sealing of bore well up to 200 meters BGL in 1 Meter height with slurry cement with the help of 1.5 dia GI feedind pipe with clamp, all the required labour, T&P including lowering charge f pipe, clamp etc and carting of above items up to the site including loading/unloading, carting etc. 13 Development of Tube well with the help of 600 PSI Compressor as per IS 11189 14 Development of Tube well with the help of 3 cusec OP Unit as per IS 2800 15 Chemical and biological test of water sample from department approved lab. 16 Testing of clectrical logging of the bore. 17 Zone testing for Arsenic/Floride/Iron at different zone making all the accessories arrangement and carrying out the zone testing at different level aquifer/strata of drilled bore hole. 18 Supply of 300 mm dia MSERW housing plain pipe. 19 Supply of 200 mm dia MSERW housing plain pipe. 20 Supply of 200 mm dia MSERW slotted pipe. 21 Supply, Instalation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of 1600 LPM 58 Meter head of 22.38 KW (30HP) submersible clear water pumping plant suitable to operate at 415+- volt, 50Hz for AC supply (as per IS 8034-1989) incliding starter, control panel, cable complete in all the respect with all the required accessories and T&P. 22 Supply, Instalation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of main piping and valves with 24 m 150 mm dia column pipe, electronic type Chlorinating plant, power wiring, eathing. Printing Tools sets, wiring of pump house (internal & external), Chain pulley block and gauges complete in all the respect with all the required material, T&P labour. 23 Construction of Pump House 10x12x14 size for the operation of the above installed Tube Well along with construction of brick pillars (2 Nos) with first class brick work super structure with cement and coarse sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 including cutting and molding) of bricks as required excavation of foundation and supply of all the Job materials, labour charges, T&P etc for completion of work. Plastering of pillars 12 mm thick with cement and local sand mortar in the ratio of 1:6 including supply and fixing of MS garter of size 200 mmx150 mm having length of 3.5 meers complete in all the respect as required for proper completion of work. 24 Interconnection from new bore tube well to existing rising main including supply and fitting of 150 mm dia MS/CIDF pipes & specials, different size nut-bolts washers, rubber packing and laying of pipe line excavation of trench in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m. Filling, watering and ramming of excavated earthin to the trench with side dressing and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 50 m from trench. Complete of rising main work in all the respect including all the required materials, T&P and labour charges.
