Procurement and erection of AMF panel for 320 Kva DG set located in Deep Shikha Apartment under Mansarovar Yojna Kanpur Road and repair of damaged panels - Designing, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 150KVA AMF Panel with features of automatic DG Selection for alternate days operation, Indoor type, duly powder coated, dust vermin proof, flour mounted, fabricated with 16SWG CRCA/MS sheet and with following switchgeras and specifications. 2 I/c MCCB, 250A, 25KA, 4Pole - 02Nos. 3 Power Contactor - 250Amp, 4Pole - 02Nos. 4 Digital Metering (VAF) - Both Incoming 5 LED Indicators - 01Set 6 Auto/Manual/Bypass selector switch - 01Set 7 Protection Relays & MCBs - 01Set 8 Upgradation of existing AMF panel from 100KVA to 150KVA including replacement of switchgears (MCCB / Contactor) as required as of below rating for upgradation, alteration & modification of bus bars, control wiring and protections. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 14 240 sq. mm 3-1/2 core PWD SOR-501(r)-507 15 Supply and fixing of brass nickle plated compression gland for PVC insulated & armoured served sheathed, underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth as per direction of Engineer- Incharge. 16 240 sq. mm 3-1/2 core PWD SOR - 502( r) 17 Supply and fixing of plain or pin type copper tin plated cable socket ( lug ) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-Incharge. 18 240 sq. mm PWD SOR - 504( m)
