Repair And Maintenance Of Certain Hardstanding Under Age I At Dappar Mil Station- 1 Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, drains etc complete all as specified and directed 2 Material and Labour Brick work with sub class B burnt bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed 3 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors of any thickess (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and Labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Material and Labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Material and Labour nominal mix plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm aggregate laid in floor as specified and directed 7 Material and Labour plain cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete or for embedding posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Material and Labour for cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed 10 Material and Labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in in landing, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed 11 Material and Labour for mild steel TMT bars of 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed 12 Material and Labour for rough excavation not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out as directed and specified 13 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300 mm (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as directed and specified 14 Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 600 mm ( salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as directed and specified 15 Material and Labour for reinforced concrete pipes 300mm, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars as directed and specified 16 Material and Labour reinforced concrete pipes 600mm, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as directed and specified 17 Material and Labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to drain pipes size 300mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed 18 Material and Labour plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 bed to drain pipes size 600mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed 19 Material and Labour returning , filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as specified and directed 20 Material & Labour for removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed 21 Material & Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for NP2 600mm bore pipe line complete all as specified and as directed 22 Material and Labour for hardcore broken bricks of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface as specified and directed 23 Material and Labour for Nominal Mix of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm stone aggregate for pathway / saucer Drain or mass concreting as specified and directed 24 Material & labour for raking out joints/pointing to brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors built in cement mortar, surface channels , roofs, etc complete all as specified and directed. 25 Material & Labour for keyed pointing to brick walls / brick Tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
