Tender For Repairs Maintenance Of Split Acs Window Acs Package Acs And Deep Freezer Under Ge Golconda-- 1 Cold storage Room: Supply and fixingsemi sealed compressor of package plant of ( 1.5X4 TR) capacity from its installed position by placing dummy plates to suction and discharge valves, opening of the compressor, removing of all the internal parts, cleaning of all parts thoroughly, overhauling of the compressor, replacing of worn out parts such as suction reeds, discharge reeds, piston rings, compression rings, connecting rods, bearings, piston pins, springs, spring washers, nuts, bolts, washers `O’ rings, gasket set etc , reassembling of the all internal parts after replacing the worn out parts, rewinding of the compressor re-fixing back, removing of the dummy plate, oil changing and checking the oil pressure, vaccumising and leak testing and testing the compressor completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.NOTE: The rate quoted shall deemed to include for compressor oil. However refrigerant gas will bemeasured and paid separately as per actual requirement. 2 Supply and fix Copper pipe With insulation of any Size 5/8suitable for cold storageincluding taking out old pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Supply and fix 3 Core Copper Cable of any Size suitable for cold storageall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Cleaning of the evaporator coils of requiredcapacity for (1.5X4) TR including cleaning with acid by forced feed method to remove the unwanted dust particles formed on the coil and fins, cleaning of the dust particles, parts of periodical maintenance, cleaning of liquid lines, strainer, expansion valve etc. and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 Testing of Nitorgen Pressureof GasSupply & charge refrigerant gas R-22 upto required level complete all as specifiedand directed. 6 Supply and fix cold storage room Temperature gauge as per sample complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Supply and fix out door unitfan motor with blade water proof type suitable for cold storage unit all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charg 8 Servicing ofthe Cold Storage Unit of (1.5x4) ton capacity, cleaning of the evaporator coils externally,Water Washing with Jet Pump to remove the dust particles deposited on the cooling coil, cleaning of the condensing units to reduce the discharge pressure with the Caustic Soda / Chemical and testing complete all as directed. 9 S & Fixcapacitor of 50/60 MFD with ContactorsforCold Storage Plant all as directedand taking out the old unserviceable one. Make- CONCAP /BHEL/TIBCON 10 S & FixAir Filter to the Cold Storage Plant of ( 1.5x 4) Ton capacityand taking out the old unserviceable one. 11 S & Fix Thermostatset complete for Cold Storage Plant of( 1.5x 4) any make/model/capacity including removing the old unserviceable thermostatMake – Danfoss / Renutraul/Annapurna 12 SPLIT ACs /Window ACs .Taking down carefully old burnt/unserviceable compressor unit of 1.0 ton capacity window type / Split typeAC and replacing the same with New compressor including necessary accessories and mounting materials, welding, brazing, leak testing, vaccumising and charging the refrigerant gas to the required pressure and weight, reinstalling the AC unit at the same place including testing and commissioning complete to any make of AC all as directed.
