Servicing of KEC make VCB, cleaning the complete VCB with cleaning solvent and heating the complete VCB & removingthe moisture, repairing of Mechanical system, repairing of lever, lock & lubrication & greasing the mechanical system for smooth operation ON & OFF. Checking the complete VCB with HT megger and Hi pot testing. Assembling the same.

Heating the HT bus bar and remove the moisture and checking the Bus bar with Hi pot testing. Insulating the bas bar with moisture proof epoxy paint

Providing and fixing of electronic IDMT relay with complete wiring as per site requirement.

Calibration of relay with primary injector set

Heating ther complete Ht Ct aet and remove the moisture and checking the CT with Hi pot testing Calibration the Ht Ct with secondary injection set .

Providing and fixing of indicating Lamp

Replacement of power pack

Providing and fixing of Amp. KV meter with selector switch

Repairing of TNC Switch

Insulating of bus bar supporting HT insulator

Insulating the panel mounted HT insulator

Providing and fixing of space heater with thermostat.

Assembling the complete panel and testing on load at site.
