Tender For Carrying Out Maintenance Of Automobile Light Vehicles In Autoshop At Igcar Site During The Year 2025-2026.; 1 Carrying out Routine Preventive Mechanical Maintenance jobs in Automobile Light Vehicles such as Checking various fluid levels & respective health condition if required need to change/topup.Checking condition ofbelts, hoses, tires, steering linkages, suspensions, bearings, seals, brake pads, filters if required need to be adjusted/change/clean. Inspection & Repair works pertaining todash board meters, signal alarms functioning, condition of emission, electrical items, sensors, drain valve, fuel lines, all bolts and nuts, battery and lead connections, radiator fins externally, radiator tubes internally, thermostat element, starter/alternator, exhaust silencer, clutch, brake etc., all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.1 Mechanic X 252 Days = 252 Operations.Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per day.2. All Mechanical equipment, tools, spares & consumables will be supplied by the department at free of cost. 2 Carrying out Routine Preventive Automobile Electrical Maintenance jobs in AutomobileVehicles such as checking functionality of headlights, tail lights, indicator lights, cabin lights & diagnostic lights if required need to replace. Checking electrical connectors, relays, fuses, and circuit breakers if required need to install/replace. Checking performance of starting & charging systems equipment namely starter motor, alternators and their concerned belt drive conditions if required need to correct .Maintenance of vehicle batteries if needed to replace. Removing & refitting along with overhauling of starter motor, alternator. Installing and repairing electrical wiring, diagnosing problems with vehicle electrical systems using circuit diagrams and manufacturers manuals,etc., all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.1 Auto Electrician X 252 Days = 252 Operations.Note: 1. Inspection & Repair works pertaining to seat, roofing and door etc., all complete as per detailed specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.1 Upholsterer X 252 Days = 252 Operations.Note: 1.
