Rewinding of LT Motors (AC) of following ratings, as per the scope of work. All winding materials such as winding wires, insulation papers, insulation tapes, cotton tapes, varnish, sleeve, glass lead etc., shall be in the scope of the contractor. However bearings and its replacement is excluded from the scope this contract. After rewinding, the motor shall be checked as per prescribed format and test reports shall be submitted. Rewound motors shall be accepted subject to verification of Test Reports and no load test run at our works for its satisfactory performance. Rewinding of brake coils after removal of old winding, new coil to be wound (single wound), insulated, varnished to be placed inside the magnet drum and to be filled with hardener. Lead wires to be sleeved and taken outside the brake coil magnet, with minimum 30 cm length.
