Including royalty. 2 Scrapping of the maxpalt bitumen road etc. all complete. 3 E/W cutting in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum. 4 Cartage of Earth and Malva up to 8km Distance including loading & unloading etc. all complete. 5 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 6 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 7 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for missing any additive. 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand. 8 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work. In foundation and floors. 9 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM)specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORT&H clause 406 and as directed by Engineer In-charge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per MORT&H specification 406. 10 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen BG-10 using pressure distributor at the of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 11 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 3.00 to 3.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507 complete in all respects. 12 Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous bider @ 4.50 to 5.00 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 508 complete in all respects. 13 Providing, Laying and spreading 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 whose steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying the brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering. 14 Supply and laying stone dust etc. all complete. 15 Consolidation/Compaction of stone ballast 10cm thick (loose) coat including repairing of patches picking up to old surface spreading, ballast making medhies to retain water and carriage of metal upto 30m carriage of water upto 200m maintenance of barriers and all labour T&P including road roller charges etc. required for proper completion of work the stone ballast is to be supplied to the contractor free of cost at site. 16 Supply & fixing of pre-cast M-30 cement concrete RUBBER MOLD INTERLOCKING TILES over 40mm thick local sand bed, with 3mm thick joints filled with local sand including leveling, tempering and sweeping etc., interlocking bricks will be as description given in direction issued by the IRCSC-03-2004 and should be ISI marked all complete. 80mm thick, Strength should not less than M-30. (tiles shape decided by Engineer-in-charge with ISI Mark) 17 Providing and laying hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including refletrorising glass beads @250 gm/sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C. 35. The finish surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes.
