Work of replacing Shatigrast kitchen cabinet wardrobe in residence no. 402 located at Vidhayak Niwas Darul Shafa along with Deemak treatment and installation of tiles in balcony, any civil related work - Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm DAR NO-15.23.1 2 Providing and Fixing of cup board with mica laminated 18mm HDMRboard out side with one side decorative lamination .depth of cupordis 30 cm back side of cup board made by 12mm thick HDMRboard including cost of all accessories such as handle, hinges, lock etc complete work.. 3 Providing and Fixing of Almirah shutter with mica laminated 18 mm HDHMRboard out side with one side decorative laminationincluding cost of all acessires as handle hinges lock rolling chainel etc complete work 4 Providing and fixing ofkitchen shelves/cabinet with basket, shutter is made by mica laminated 18mm HDHMR board and back side of box is made by 12mmHDHMR board. Length and width of cabinet is 50cm and depth/height of cabinet is 65cm including cost of all accessories such as handle, hinges, lock, rolling channel, basket, catcher etc complete work. 5 Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mmapart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes andplugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor:With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1concentration DSR 2.53.1 6 Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.(dar-11.38) ( size of tile 300x300mm ) 7 Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead. Door chowkhats DSR No- 14.2.1 10 Supply and fixing ISI marked 32 mm thick flush door shutter commercial conforming quality conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) including supply and fixing of hinges,screws, sliding bolt, tower bolt, door stoper and Allum. Handel etc complete work. 11 Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
