(Only For L/C Societies)-- 1 Air Walker:Providing designing and fixing of air Walker of size 100 x 550 x 1480mm fabricated with main post of 140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized, and powder coated 80- 120 micron thick using Akzo Nobel or equivalent in desired shade and colour. All welding joints of pipe shall be robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishings Base plate cover shall be made up of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness U V resistant and colour as approved by Engineer-in Charge. High quality grip rubber should be used on handles. Foothold shall be made of Nylon alloy with rounded edge to prevent impact and injury. Maintenance free bearing should be used in equipment manufactured by reputed company duly sealed and self lubricated to be approved by Engineer in charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters. The equipment should be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M25 and J shaped welded bolts and when concrete is set, fixing the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with base plate cover, all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in- Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour (of metal, seat and pedal), and fixing of equipment etc. 2 Providing, designing and fixing ofAir Swing of size 1150 x900 x1250 mm fabricated with main post of 140mm dia and 3.00 mm thick and other pipes of 40mm dia 3.00mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized,and powder coated usingAkzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick.
