Tender For Carrying Out Civil Works At Various Places At Ip Chennai -1 Excavation - Excavation in all Types of soil up to 2.0- meter from the NGL, including disposal/refilling/backfilling of the same to suitable location within site premises up to 250m radius as per direction of engineer in charge. Scope includes all labour, material, plant and machinery required for job. 2 Demolition : Demolition of existing PCC/RCC including cleaning and disposing the debris at the specified location inside the factory premises as per site engineers instruction 3 Demolition : Demolition of existing BRICKWORK including cleaning and disposing the debris at the specified location inside the factory premises as per site engineers instruction 4 115mm Brick masonry- Providing and constructing brick work with locally available best bricks in CM (1:4) 1 cement: 4 coarse sand for walls etc, including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing complete as per the specifications (excluding the plaster). Thickness for all vertical and horizontal joints shall not exceed 10mm. Rate to be applicable for all shapes and sizes, all length and width, height and level.5 230mm Brick masonry- Providing and constructing brick work with locally available best bricks in CM (1:5) 1 cement: 5 coarse sand for walls etc, including scaffolding, raking out of joints, curing complete as per the specifications (excluding the plaster). Rate to be applicable for all shapes and sizes, all length and width, height and level. 6 Plastering Providing & applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 to kerb walls at all levels to correct line & level including scaffolding, if any, and rounding off or chamfering of corners, cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface, chiselling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing, etc. all materials Tools and tackles and labour complete in all respects. 7 Re-Plastering of existing surface: Removal of existing damaged plaster and disposal of debris away from site, Providing & applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 to kerb walls at all levels to correct line & level including scaffolding, if any, and rounding off or chamfering of corners, cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface, chiselling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing, etc. all materials Tools and tackles and labour complete in all respects. 8 M15 PCC Concrete - Supply and laying of M15 PCC 1:2:4 nominal Mix concrete by Hand mix (Minimum 280 kgs of cement per cum to be use for M15 Concrete) as per the instruction of EIC. Rate inclusive of all materials and manpower, Shuttering, Tools and tackles, cost of cement, freight charges, finishing, curing etc complete the works.9 M20 RCC Concrete - Supply and laying of M20 RCC Concrete supply by RMC (Minimum 330 kgs. of cement per cum to be used for M20 Concrete) as per the instruction of EIC. Rate inclusive of all materials and manpower, Shuttering, Tools and tackles, cost of cement, freight charges, finishing, curing etc complete the works. 10 Reinforcement Steel - Supplying and Cutting, Bending and tying of Reinforcement steel as per the instruction of EIC. Rate inclusive of labour, supply of soft annealed binding wire, tools tackles etc. 11 Providing and fixing of MS scaffolding work for 3 to 10m, all materials like MS jolleys as per the site engineer instruction. Scaffolding should compulsorily have guard rails, Diagonal bracings. 12 Filling and levelling of existing available debris or soil at necessary locations including consolidation and compaction as per instuction of EIC. 13 RCC pocket making including grouting of sizes a) 300 mm * 300mm * 500mm b) 150mm * 150mm * 300mm c) 250mm * 250mm * 400mm d) 200mm * 200mm * 250mm 14 Fixing of existing available roofing sheets including removal of existing damaged roof sheets at designated locations as per the instruction of EIC of height below 3m level. Rate should also include leads, lifts and disposal of damaged roof sheets.15 Fixing of existing available roofing sheets including removal of existing damaged roof sheets at designated locations as per the instruction of EIC of height above 3m-9m level.Rate should also include leads, lifts and disposal of damaged roof sheets. 16 Laying of existing available bitumen sheets for roofing sheet cracks at designated loactions 17 Emulsion Painting: Scrapping the existing surface, Providing and applying one coat of emulsion paint of approved/existing colour as per the instruction of EIC. 18 Enamel Painting: Scrapping the existing surface, Providing and applying one coat of enamel paint of approved/existing colour as per the instruction of EIC. 19 Providing and laying of RCC slabs of 75mm thickness including steel, shuttering, curing, shifting it to the designated location of various sizes around a) 600mm * 600 mm b) 1000mm * 600mm c) 400mm * 400mm 20 Skilled manpower per day (8 hours) for the instructed works as per the instruction of EIC. 21 Unskilled manpower per day (8 hours) for the instructed works as per the instruction of EIC.
