Re-Construction Of Laherpur Road To Bariyadeeh - Dismentaling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking materials as directed by Engineer in harge with in a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). PWD-692 2 Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawingand technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 3 Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC M-15 4 Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203 5 Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification 6 Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 7 Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications 8 Filling in Foundation trenches as per drawing and technical Specification slause 305.3.9 9 Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table No 1300.1, No gragment weighing not less than 25 kg, laid dry complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 1301.Pitching 10 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 11 Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets . PWD 762b 13 Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density G-III (Mord 4.7(3)(A)) 14 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. (RAP with 3.5% emulsion & 1% cement) 15 Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom. 16 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 [By Mechanical Means] 17 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 [By Mechanical Means] 18 Construction of Patri with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 (Mord 3.14)
