Supply Of License Know How, Basic Design Engineering Package (Bdep), Catalyst(S)/ Adsorbent(S), Proprietary Items (If Any) And Other Services For Sustainable Aviation Fuel (Saf) Unit Based On Ethanol To Jet Route Technology At Iocl, India-License Fee for Supply, delivery and transfer of Know-how for subject Process unit complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump sum basis, Net of Taxes. 3 Sliding Scale for Royalty The rates for respective itemsof Sl No 2.1 to 2.3 shall be filled in column M pertaning tosliding scales capacity range indicatedby the bidder in Column Z andColumn AA 4 Slab-1 Royalty per Ton of Product (SAF+RD/RN), Net of Taxes 5 Slab-2 Royalty per Ton of Product (SAF+RD/RN), Net of Taxes 6 Slab-3 Royalty per Ton of Product (SAF+RD/RN), Net of Taxes 7 Process Package Fees for Supply of Basic Design Engineering Package (BDEP) for subject Process unit complete in all respects in accordance with provisions of Bid Document on Lump sum basis,Net of Taxes 8 Providing following training to Owners personnel in operation, maintenance etc. of subject Process unit as per requirements of Bidding Document (Lump sum amount), Net of TaxesAs per clause no 12.10 a)of SCC-Technicala)Classroom training in the LICENSOR’S design office for 10 (Ten) technical persons for SAF Plant for a period of one week. 9 Providing following training to Owners personnel in operation, maintenance etc. of subject Process unit as per requirements of Bidding Document (Lump sum amount), Net of TaxesAs per clause no 12.10 b) of SCC-Technicalb)In-plant Training in substantially similar operating SAF Plant for 10 (Ten) technical persons separately for a period of one week. 10 Proprietary items((Equipment/s) , If any (FOB price at loading port for foreign supply / Ex Works, if sourced from India) Bidder to quote and mention details as listedin sheet named Proprietary Items 11 Proprietary fixed bed Catalyst(s)/ adsorbent(s)/ absorbent(s)/ inert ceramic balls (ICBs) & Proprietary regular make-up consumable catalyst(s)/ solvent/ hot oil/, Chemical/s for initial fill & six months of plant operation), if any.
