    Tender For Repairs/Maintenance Of Various Electro Mechanical Equipments Installed At W.S.S Ld Hospital-0 1 Dissembling of 10 HP pumping equipment by way of extraction of pumping unit with column pipes and disengaging the pump part from the unit. The job involves engagement of skilled labour, tools and tackles with shifting of motor to the private workshop and back to site using private vehicle with all leads and lifts and. The job further includes assembling of pumping unit including lowering along with column pipes and testing of same on Full Load at site. 2 Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt-out winding, by way of providing fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including allied jobs such as varnishing etc. The job includes the cost on account of insulating material like Lethroid paper, bamboo sticks, adhensive Tape etc. 3 Providing and fitting of 4-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 50kA breaking capacity Ics = 100% Icu Having max. of thermal release range as under: 4 160A 5 Providing and fitting of flush type analog moving iron AC meter as under: 6 96x96mm 500V voltmeter 7 96x96mm ammeter (5A CT operated) 8 Providing and filling of mineral oil for bearing lubrication 9 Providing and fitting of MS nuts, bolts and washers of assorted sizes 10 Providing and Fitting of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints of rising main with nominal size 100 mm. 11 Providing and crimping of various aluminium tube lugs with tapping, insulation of sizes as under: 120 sq. mm
