    Auction Sale Of Shop/House No B-10/121, Chowk Neemwala, Ludhiana Owned By Sh Anil Kumar S/O Late Sh Manohar Lal. 1. The Sale Is Intended To Be Carried Out By Way Of Inviting Tenders From Public. The Authorised Officer May Also Hold Inter-Se Bidding Between The Bidders/Tenderers Present In The Concerned Branch, If He Deems Fit. The Last Date For Submitting Tenders/Bid Complying With All Necessary Terms Along With Earnest Money Deposit To The Authorised Officer At Respective Branch Of Central Bank Of India Is As Mentioned In The Schedule. Inspection Of Scheduled Properties By The Intending Tenderers Can Be Done During The Office Hours On The Date To Be Decided By The Concerned Branch Manager Before Submission Of Tender. Tender Forms For The Purpose May Be Collected From The Concerned Branch. 2. The Reserve Price For The Sale Of The Secured Assets Is Fixed As Mentioned In The Schedule. The Intending Purchaser Shall Remit Earnest Money Deposit (Emd), Being 5% Of Reserve Price, In Favour Of Authorised Officer, Central Bank Of India As Mentioned In The Schedule. The Sale Shall Be Conferred In Favour Of Person Making Highest Offer/Tender/Bid And 25% Of The Sale Price Shall Be Paid Immediately On The Date Of Sale By Way Of Dd/Bpo. 5% Amount Already Paid Will Be Adjusted In It. The Balance Sale Price Shall Be Paid Within 15 Days Of Confirmation Of Sale. The Sale Is Subject To Confirmation By The Bank. Failure To Deposit The Amount Would Entail In Forfeiture Of The Earnest Money.
