The Quantities shown against these items are approximate and for guidance to tenderer to quote the percentage (%) ove SSR Part-II 2020 on lumpsum amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) agaist the Schedule. This cost is work out as per rates given in SSR Pt-II 2020. However actually quantity to be executed shall be ascertained by the Engr-in-Charge. The rates for the actual quantity shall be applied as per SSR Part-II 2020 including percentage against this schedule. Seperate DO shall be placed by the GE by deducting this Provisional Sum. (NOTE : To ensure safety at site & avoid falling hazard, a wall/handrail (as per safety standards of construction/ good engineering practises) on both side of the stepped path is mandatory before start of work.) 7 Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.(Approx. Qty - 3.00 CUM) 8 Removal excavated soil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 3.00 CUM) 9 M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregates) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 0.50 CUM) 10 M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 80.00 KG) 11 M&Lfor providing precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall or similar articles complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 2.00 CUM) 12 M&L formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelvves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc finish withrough finish flat surface complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 10.00 SQM) 13 M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 30.00 SQM) 14 M&L three coat of white wash on ceiling surface including preparation of newly plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 30.00 SQM) 15 M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 10mm thick in CM (1:3) and pointingwith white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.(Approx. Qty - 2.00 SQM) 16 (PHASE - II)Servicing/ Maint of passanger lift as mentioned in ser no 1 with help of one skilled lift mechanic and one helper deputed by OEM or his authorised agent after completion of defect liability period and removal of any fault by repair or replacemnt of any damaged/ unservisable part with new parts , connecting, testing of replaced/ repaired parts and making lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.In addition routine and preventive maintenance shall be carried out as described under : 17 MONTHLYCHECK(i)To turn grese cups for speed governors and compensating pulleys(ii) To check and oil selectors(iii)To top up rail lubricators(iv)To clean ropes oil in necessary(v) To clean PMmotor and inspect controller box etc.(vi)To oil electric brake pins(vii)To oil all pins of door operation and door opening mechanisms(viii)To clean hoist way, beams slow down cams, ouside cages, rails and counterweight rails.(ix) To clean, oil and adjust door closer and levers(x) To clean main sheave, secondary sheaves and rope sheaves on car top and counterwiegh top(xi)To clean and repair brake wheels and shoes.(xii)To oil compensating rope tensioning pulleys. 18 EVERY HALF YEARLY CHECK(i) To check and repair the operation of safety(ii) To check oil for oil burrers.(iii) To check and clean the hall buttons and contacts.(iv) To check and repair the compendsation chains or ropes.(v)To check and oilthe bearing of door motors.(vi) To grease the secondary sheaves, car top sheaves and counterweights.(vii) To check the wear of guide shoes of cars and counterweights 19 ANNUAL CHECK(i) To clean the wire connection box of every landing and car cages.Tighten all screws and check the conditions of cables at conduit inlets and oulets.(ii) To check and tighten screws of control panels, starters panels and relay panels(iii) To remove the dust inside the landing indicator switches by electric blower(iv) To test all safety devices(v)To dismantle, clean and and adjust the electro- magnetic brake of gearless machines. (vi) To charge motor oil.(vii) To check and tighten screws and foundation bolts of traction machine, secondary sheaves, exterior of lift frame, guide rail, gude rail clamps and bracket etc.(viii) To test the over current relays.(ix)To provide all labour, materials, tools and transport to carry out annual inspection and load test according to the requirement of the employuer All the scheduled maintenance services descripbed above shall be properly programmed and agreed with the Eningeer-in- Charge in order not to affect operation of the lift systems. 20 The Contractor shall also undertake to provide a comprehensive breakdown sevice whereby qualified tenicians shall attend to each breakdown as soon as practicable after a breakdown is reported and carry out immediate remedial work at a reasonable speed according to the nature of the breakdown. Any faulty equipment of components shall be quickly replaced. If the Contractor fails to attend the breakdown within four normal workig hours after notification of the breakdown and where remedial work is interupted during normal working hours for purposes other than obtaining replacements parts, the employer reserves the right to order such action as may be necessary to expedite completion of remedial work which shall be at the contractors expense without abrogation of the Contractors responsibilities.Contractor has to be provide a email addreess and a contact number for logging emergency complain. All spares & parts under the Annual maintenance contract except UPS Battery, Light, FanNote : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through rep of OEM or authorised agent of OEM.(ii) The Contractor will have to submit MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with OEM alongwith the tender. (iii)Successful bidder/ contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper duly Notarised, as per specifiedPerforma.(iv) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor only.(v)Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of 36 month in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account accept the following :- (a) Elevator car enclosure. (b) Elevator car and landing door panels/gates. (c) Cabin fans (d) Dry cells, batteries & LCDs. 21 IMPORTANT NOTE1. Cost of dismantling of old lift and deposition to MES store yard is deemed to be included in quoted rates by bidder.2. Work to be carried out in confirmity with Lift Act & Indian Electricity Act 1910 and compliance with IS 732.3. Contractor quoting bid is requested/adviced to visit the actual site prior to quoting of tender/rates.4. Dimemsions of Car Size, Shaft overhead and pit has been assessed by the executives on site. However contractor/bidder to measure the same at site and provide undertaking that the existing structure meets the requirement with respect to lift to be supplied by contractor/bidder.5. To ensure safety at site & avoid falling hazard, a wall/handrail (as per safety standards of construction/ good engineering practises) on both side of the stepped path is mandatory before start of work.6. It should be ensured by Garrison Engineer before Commencement of Work that contractor shall have valid Lift License issued by Chief Electrical Inspector Mumbai Maharashtra for Maintenance and erection of Lifts7.Charges for inspection of Lift by Govt. Lift Inspector or if any shall be payable by the contractor and are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
