    Supply Of End Wall Complete Pp End For Pantry Carend Wall Complete Pp End For Pantry Car,End Wall Complete Pp End For Pantry Car Of Lhb Amrit Bharat Coaches. Not E:-(1)In Drawings Mig Welding (131) Is To Be Read As Tig Welding (141) As Per Design Lett Er No. Md46231 Dated 16.03.2024. (2)Firm Shall Collect All Latest/Final Drawings Before Manufacturing. There May Be Minor Modification In Design To Suit Ralway Requirement & Modification To Be Carried Out By Firm At No Furthercost To Railway., As Per Drawing: 981 15010 Alt. -R1, Packing Instruction: 1. The Supplier Shall Pack The End Wall In A Suitably Des Igned Returnable Fixture In Such A Way That End Wall Shall Not Get Scratched, Damage D, Twisted During Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Oute R Surface. It Should Be Seperated By Suitable Environment Friendly Blocks To Avaoid Ru Bbing Of Two Endwall Surfaces . It Should Have Standard Clamping /Fastening Mechanis M So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firms Identification Mark. 2. First Retu Ranable Fixture Along With End Wall Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exchang Ed In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contact, The Firm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/Fram E To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strenght To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Stati C & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Sets Of End Wall. 4. The Fixture /Frame/Pallet Shoul D Be Designed So That The Packed End Wall Preferably Remain In Vertical Position To Min Imize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of End Wallunder Open Sky . [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] ]
