    Tender For Purchase of the Shaft of Mill Turbine Reduction Gear Box (600 HP, Allen berry Make) and Repairing/ Refurbishing of its Internals-- 1 Purchase of the Shaft of Mill Turbine Reduction Gear Box (600 HP, Allen berry Make) and Repairing/ Refurbishing of its Internals Parts.: 2 Purchase of the New Output Shaft, MOC-EN19-Toughened of mill Turbine Reduction Gear Box of (600 HP, 1000-500 RPM) Output RPM-25-50RPM, Ref. no. 61-1 of New Allenberry Company make gear box.) and fitting in the output gear. 3 Rework & Repair Scope:-i) Fitting of output shaft in double helical gear and proper fitting in casing. Matching of all the three stage gear will be done.ii) Casing Work (If required)- Checking of Bore, Ovality, Bore to bore concentricity, bore to face perpendicularity, face parallelism for the carrier.Bore re work of exact sizes, rework of end caps to match the holes, redovelling of the parting faces for perfect fixing.During Complete refurbishing of the said three stage gear box if bearing, seal etc required will be provided by the mill.
