Tender For Pipeline Extension Work For Drinking Water Supply Within The Municipal Limits - Excavation for pipe line in soil mixed with moorum/shingle/kankar with lift up to 1.5 meter and lead up to 50 meter andincluding refilling , watering and ramming of excavated in to trenches and removal and disposal of surplus earth within 50 meters. 2 Supply of following sizes of ISI Marked P.V.C pipes up to stores of consignees including TPI charges, packing and forwarding charges, transit insurance, road transporation charges etc. all complete. PVC Pipes Pressure 6 Kg/cm2. 110mm dia 3 Supply of specials for above PVC Pipe 4 Carting, laying and jointing of the following sizes of pipe into the trenches including cost of all jointing material, labour, T & P and testing etc, complete.PVC Pipes Pressure 6 Kg/cm2.110mm dia 5 Supply of following types of fitting including rail way freight, cartage upto store, all taxes and insurance, C.I.D/P Sluice Valve/Scour Valve as per I.S: 780-1969 Class-I working pressure 10 Kg/cm2 F.O.R. destination and all taxes and insurance etc. complete. Masonry Type 8 Supply of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required and construct single tap pillar type stand post as per type design. 9 Sand bedding - in trenches in layers not exceeding 10cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering complete as per instruction of engineer. 10 design and construct thrust block made in RCC with cement, coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone ballast in proportion of 1:1.5:3, for pipe ling including supply of MS reinforcement wrought to required shape as necessary, its bending, fixing and binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire in position and necessary centring and shuttering including curving and supply of all materials, laubor T&P etc. required for proper comption of work as per specificaitons for RCC work as per instruction of engineer -in-charge. 11 Supply of All materials, labour, T & P etc. Complete and making of House Connection to the consummers including cost of saddle brass ferrule, gate wall etc. 12 Dismentling fo following type road and stacking of useful materials and temporary reinstatement of road with old materials etc. complete. 13 B.O.E Road 14 Bituminous Road 15 CC Road 16 Interlocking Road 17 S/O 90mm dia C.I.D joint including rubber ring,Nut- Bolts etc all complete. 18 Disposal of mud/malba outside of Municipal limit including all complete. 19 Provision for crossings of nalas & culvert including sifting of telephone cables etc. Along the alignment fo pipline including complete. 20 Provision for Barrication Both side with Bamboo & Ballies with red flags including all complete. 21 Inter connection newly laid pipe line wih old existing running pipe line of different types and dia including excavation, dewatering from trenches, barricating arrangement and traffic control etc. all complete.
