Supply of complete fan assembly (fan dia 7315 mm approx., MOC : FRP/GRP/Aluminum alloy) along with drive shaft, Flexible coupling & Gear box for each cell.

Supply of oil piping external to gear box (GI pipe) for each cell, Connection between gear box and piping trough wire braided flexible hose assemblies , The piping will be provided with adequate number of union fittings. Oil piping material shall be galvanized steel pipe conforming to ASTM A 53, Gr.B.

Supply of complete motor set for each cell of cooling tower (motor rating : 55 KW each approx.), Existing motor details – SCIM250 M4, 55 Kw, 415V, Duty S1)

Supply of PVC splash type fill comprising of PVC V bars etc.Fill supports and grid : Grid : GRP/HDG steelGrid supporting structure : Stainless steel/ HDG Steelmiscellaneous fill support component, SS nozzles, PVC drift eliminator, SS -Nut, bolts & washers etc.

Supply of complete water distribution system including piping, manual flow control valves and distribution nozzles for each cell of cooling tower.

Supply of Single air release valve along with isolation gate valve, DN 50 (MOC : CI) as per IS:14845 to be installed in each of the distribution header

Supply of material for providing End wall derrick arrangement along with chain pulle block of approprate capacity at fan deck level at one end of cooling tower.

Supply of material for hand railings at fan deck level and along cooling tower stairs.

Supply of structural material for replacement of existing centre beam (structural support) for supporting drive shaft connecting fan gear box and Motor for each cell at fan deck level.

Supply of vibration and oil level switches : Each fan assembly shall be provided with vibration and oil level switches to de-energisethemotorunderthefollowing conditions:iii) Excessive vibrationiv) Drop in oil level in gearbox below recommended level.All necessary mounting pads and other accessory devices required for a complete installation shall be furnished.

Supply of material for refurbishment of Sluice gate (Gate opening size 600 mm x 600mm) for each cell.

Supervision services : Man days for supervision services for erection & commissioning of cooling tower.

Note :1) In case expert supervision services of cooling tower supplier is required beyond 90 days, Unit rate quoted shall be applicable for entire period of the contract. 2)Miscelenous items (if any) and not covered above shall be included under bidder\"s scope of supply
