    ECHP-I- Reconditioning of worn out Gear Box (SCN-450) released from Conveyor-43 - Charges for drawal of spare defective gear box from stores, loading and transporting of gearbox from TTPS site to workshop. Dismantling of gear boxs upper half. Inspection of bearings and removing from seating place. Removing of oil, oil seals and all bearings, Complete cleaning from rust and free rotation check. Cleaning the bearing seating portion and rinsing of the bearing. Reassembling of all gear wheels in round place and rotations checking. Complete tightening the bolts for side corner with gasket and gear wheel clearance checking. Reassembling of gearbox upper half, complete tightening the bolts, checking the freeness of rotation. Loading and transporting the gear box from workshop to TTPS and unloading at the stores. Including hire charges of all the tools & plants, like chain blocks, including cost of consumables etc., complete.
