    Comprehensive annual operation & Maintenance (AMC) for 2 x 225 TR screw chillers and 2 x 450 TR centrifugal chillers and 3 x 500 TR cooling Towers along with all associated equipments and installation of HVAC system at IDCO, Fortune Towers, Bhubaneswar(The bidders are required to Quote their rates excluding of Goods & Service Tax (GST). GST as applicable will be paid extra. The existing rule of Govt. and any amendment made in future will be followed)- 1 The HVAC system Comprises of following equipments225 TR Capacity Screwchiller – 2 nos. 450 TR Capacity Centrifugal chiller– 2 nos. 500 TR Capacity CoolingTower – 3 nos. Condenser Pump – 4 nos. Chilled water pump – 4 nos. AHU – 51 nos. Control Panel – 51 nos.All other associated equipments and installation complete 2 Cost for comprehensive operation and AMC for 1 year 3 N.B: The bidders are required to Quote their rates excluding of Goods & Service Tax (GST).
