Special Repair Of K.B.S. Road To Pachkhara Link Road Km-2, 3(300) - Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification clause 405. (excluding GST) 2 Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm stone grit @1.8 cum/100 sqm and 11.2 mm stone grit @0.90 cum/100 sqm stone aggregates using V.G.-10 bitumen to required line, grade over freshly laid tack coat of bitumen VG-10 with bitumen boiler and sprayer at the rate of 30 Kg. per 100 Sqm and seal coat type C with 6.7mm grit @0.90cum/100 sqm including mixing in a deptt. H.M.P. located in Km-122 (Revhara) of Lucknow Varanasi Road in Distt. Raebareli, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required line, level and grades,including clearing existing painted surface, cost of labour & grit but excluding cost of bitumen, hire charges and fuel of HMP and allied machinery required for the proper completion of the work. As per MORD Technical Specification Clause-508. (Only Labour & Grit) 3 Maintenance of constructed road for next five year after completion the work contractor shall be paid maintenance cost for five year in the form of installment as below. Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of Eng-in-charge regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including all material, labour & T&P with all taxes complete but excluding GST)For Ist Year 0.00% 4 Same as item 3 but for IInd Year 1.50% 5 Same as item 3 but for IIIrd Year 3.00% 6 Same as item 3 but for IVth Year 4.50% 7 Same as item 3 but for Vth Year 6.00%
