    Tender For “2 Yrs Contract For Bf5 Maint Outsourcing (Sgp Unit & Conv Belts) PERIODIC REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF BF-5 SGP (SOUTH & NORTH) & SLAG TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM EQUIPMENTS : BROAD SCOPE OF WORK :- a) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENTS AS PER SCHEDULE PREPARED MUTUALLY AGREED BY PARTY AND SITE-IN-CHARGE TO BE CARRIED OUT. b) LIQUIDATION OF DEFECTS OF EQUIPMENTS GENERATED BY SITE-IN-CHARGE DURING PERIODIC INSPECTION AND SUBMISSION OF COMPLIANCE REPORT BY THE CONTRACTOR PERIODICALLY AS DECIDED BY SITE-IN-CHARGE. SPARES AND CONSUMABLES SUCH AS FASTENERS ETC WILL BE PROVIDED BY DEPARTMENT. c) GREASING & OILING OF ALL THE EQUIPMENTS AS PER SCHEDULE DECIDED BY SITE-IN-CHARGE TO BE DONE. GREASE & OIL TO BE SUPPLIED BY DEPARTMENT. d)MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES DURING BREAKDOWN AND SHUTDOWNS OF ALL THE EQUIPMENTS IS TO BE CARRIED OUT IN MINIMUM TIME AS AND WHEN REQUIRED AS PER PLAN AND SCHEDULE DECIDED BY THE AREA INCHARGE. e) REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PLATFORM/HAND RAILINGS/STAIRS/TECHNOLOGICAL
