Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 400 Kva Outdoor Type Servo Voltage Stabilizer To Nk Jain Block; 1 Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Copper Wound, Outdoor Type (IP-55), Oil cooled, Linear servo voltage stabilizer(Roller Type) of 400 KVA capacity (with Digital micoprocessor based) suitable for 3 phase unbalaneed supply and load having input range of 340 volts-480 volts and output range 415+-1% volts, along with High/Low voltage cutoff System & input by pass arrangement, confirming to IS 9815 and IS 2026 Certification , with LED Indicators & LCD Display for Metering & indicating along with Audible Alarm, Single Phase Preventer, Auto Phase SequenceCorrector complete with first fill of Transformer oil. Servo should be covered by a canopy pretuded minimum 150 mm on all four sides suitable for outdoor placement.The enclosure made out of MS sheet with others standard accessories ,duly painted superior quality inc making connections etc. complete as required.(Make: Selvon/ Jindal Electric/ AE/SENTRI/ VOLINA/ NEEL)(NOTE; The detailed Technical Specifications are attached in Tender Document Page No.77 to 79). 2 Supplying & testing of Aluminium conductor, armoured, PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes as required.i) 3.5 core 300 sqmm Armoured cableMake:-Havells/KEI/Finolex/Polycab 3 Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick Including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 4 Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and refilling as required. 5 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia. GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/ submain wiring/cable as requlred. 6 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC Sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of follwing size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. i) Above 185 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm 7 Supplying & Laying of following size DWC HDPE Pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, coupler etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and reffiling the trench butexcluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc complete as required.i) 160 mm Dia (OD-200 mm & ID 175 nominal)
