conductors of any size from pole and removing from site complete all as specified and directed. 2 Dismantling of broken, cracked, unserviceable insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling GI brackets including clamp, any size complete all as specified and directed. 4 Dismantling of old UNSV MS work alongwith Clamps, any size complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling electric concrete pole any type complete all as specified and directed. 6 Dismantling electric steel pole any type complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling of unserviceable service wire of any size any type, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Dismantling of stay assembly including demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation complete all as specified and directed. 9 Disconnecting and dismantling of existing old damagedLT cable of any size complete all as specified and directed. 10 Dismantling and removal of existing LT feeder pillar panel including including 400 amp MCCB,disconnecting of all type of electrical cables and connections, removal of PCC and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 120 Sqmm 3.5 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed. 13 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 16 Sqmm 4 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed. 15 Supplying, laying, jointing and testing LT underground electric cable XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade cross section area 10 Sqmm 4 Core aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ducts or passing through pipes under road or fixed to poles complete all as specified and as directed. 16 Excavation in trenches for foundations, laying / taking out of cables, erecting of poles etc, in any type of soil,not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Returning, filling in soils, in trenches, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Removing excavated soils to a distance exceeding 50 metres and not exceeding 100 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point. 19 M&L sand cushioning for underground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above the cable withclean dry riversandin trenches including spreading, levelling etc. complete all as specified and directed Note:Punned thickness only will be measured for the purpose of payment. 20 Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-1 flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm as protection to LT cable complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Supply and lay Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 100 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Supply and lay Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 80 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply and lay Double wall corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 50 mm outer dia conforming to IS:14930 Pt-II with antirodant and non flame propergating properties of make and colour as approved by Engineer-in-Charge with fittings as protection to cable, laid in tranches or fixed to poles/walls complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Supply and fix 100mm dia bore tubes, light grade galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fix 80mm dia bore tubes, light grade galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 26 Supply and fix 50mm dia bore tubes, light grade galvanized, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations, mass and for repairing to paths/ road & hardstanding etc. including necessary cutting of roads/ paths for passing of pipes and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer – in - Charge. 28 Supply, erection and fixing in truly verticle position, steel tubular swaged pole, type 410-SP-22 (9 meter long) complete finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, scerws as specified, CI base plate including drilling holes and painting with two coats of aluminium paint externally, providing 30cm wide alternate strips with white and black synthetic enamal paint upto 1.2m height from ground level and numbering the pole (with black and white paint), undergruound part of the pole shall be painted with black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.Note: Excavation, earthwork, PCC foundation shall be measured and paid separately. 29 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35W 230V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp, bracket with inpact and corrotion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed. 30 Supply and fixing in replacementGI bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 mtr long bent to shape or size as directed at site for mounting street light, complete all as specified and as directed. 31 M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundations filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 32 M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded curshed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 33 M & L cement concrete (1:2:4)type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as inbenching, coping, bed blocks and for panels etc including use of necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge . 34 Supply and fixing junction box of size 250x200x100 mm, made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet , having front open-able and lockable hinged shutter with self closing arrangement, rain shed outdoor type,weather and vermin proof, factory made, complete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamal paintover a coat of red oxide primer, comprising compartments of 2.00 mm thick sheet metal enclosure with angle iron frame of MS angle and legs of angle iron 50x50x6 mmfor mounting the panel board with min ground clearance of 450 mm above GL to the suitable size ofglands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Any modifications needed for fixing the MCCB in the existing panel is deemed to be included in the rates quoted and no extra payment will be done on this account. 42 Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 200 A ,4 pole ,35 KA(Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & magnetic settingwith bus bar spreader links forconnecting both incoming and outgoing cables with suitable connections with suitable size ofglands etc complete including testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) Any modifications needed for fixing the MCCB in the existing panel is deemed to be included in the rates quoted and no extra payment will be done on this account. 43 Supply installation, testing and commisioning Automatic operation Astronomical street light timing switch having lighting control (ON-OFF) through Astronomical Calculation of Sun rise/sun set by setting date, time and degree of longitude and latitude without separate light sensors and pre-wired with suitable size copper conductor single core PVC sheathed cable and all mechanism fitted into LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK) outdoor type, pole mounted. The panel shall be dust and vernin proof, made ofCRCA MS sheet of size 3.0 mm fixed with 25mm X 4mm thick MS flat iron strip complete with nuts, bolts & washers, duly powder coated finish. Front opening type with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed suitable for three phase and neutral with under and over voltage protection relay, contactor 65A/63A TP, MCCB 63A 4 pole ,25 KA(Ics =100% Icu) with adjustable thermal & magnetic setting , 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system. Note: Drawing for panel shall be approved by GE before placement of order. 44 Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mmby means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and connected other end to main board duly protected by GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of coal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around bottom and top watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including CI cover, frame and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in earthing pit with CI cover and frame including necessary earth works etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in – Charge.Note:-1. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode of the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
