Tender For Select Category Area (Backlit Unipole) A Category Area (Backlit Unipole) B Category Area (Non Backlit Unipole) - Supply of Single Sided / Double Sided Centre Aligned Backlit. The pole shall be made with BIS Approved sections as per IS 2713 and Is 1161 and other relevant engineering standards. The structure and base foundations shall be suitably designed for wind speed of 170 KMPH and should be certified by an approved structural engineer. All base plate and their holes shall be duly laser cut for exquisite finish. The pole shall be coated with double coat of Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer and top coat of Metallic Polyurethane paint. There shall also be a protective coating of high gloss lacquer glass Coat finish on the pole. The total DFT of the paint shall not be less than 80 Microns at any given point. The frame shall be coated with Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer and top coated with Granular Top Coat of Polyurethane Paint. The painting of pole and frame shall be done in automotive dust free paint booth for superior finishing. The frame shall have a signature line of minimum height 300 MM for 20x10 with box frame made of Aluminum section 6063, duly Painted after Chromatising and inside in white color for better light output. The signature line shall have ACP in front using router cut backlit logo as per design. The cladding of the main frame shall be done with Aluminium Extrusion sections of size 196 MM x 95 MM on all sides. The Aluminum Extrusion sections shall have a sliding provision for 3MM Black Colored Acrylic, UV Stabilized for aesthetical appearance. All Aluminum sections shall be duly anodized and PU Painted as per above specifications. There shall be a provision of ladder to access the frame, which shall be joined with the pole using nuts and bolts. The pole and frame shall be structurally stable as per wind load of 170 KMPH. The whole structure and frame should be manufactured in a manufacturing unit as per above specifications. No on - site fabrication / welding works shall be permitted on site In case of a backlit media . The frame shall have a provision of Single backlit boxes with ACP Cladding at the back for LED mounting. LED shall be 1.5W of color temperature 1000OK with beam angle of 150 Degrees and warranty of 3 years. LED Modules from BRANDLIT / OSRAM/ LT 1.5W will be used for better illumnaton The size of the led module will be L87mm x W17mm x H8.Smm. The Lux level of the backlit media shoukd be more than 1500 Lux and free from hot spot and pixel marks on the flex.
