Note: 1) The Item Should Be Manufactured From Forged Material Only.2) Mtc For Material An D Hardness Should Accompany The Supply.3) The Shaft Should Be Ut Tested For Defects And Ut Certificate From Reputed Labs Should Accompany The Supply.For Kind Attention Of Tender Ers:-Special Conditions For Purchase Of Gears 1)Only Those Firms Who Possess Special Purpo Se Gear Manufacturing Equipment Need To Participate In The Tender. 2)The Firm Shall Be In Po Ssession Of Gear Hobbing/Gear Shaping/Teeth Profile Grinding Machine Or Any Other Suitable Equipment For Manufacture Of The Offered Gear. Those Who Are Not In Possession Of Suitable Machines Need Not Quote. Details Shall Be Furnished With The Offer. 3)Firms Sho Uld Preferably Have In-House Heat Treatment Facilities. Alternatively, If The Heat Treatment Is Off-Loaded, The Details Of The Firm And Its Credentials On Whom The Job Is Off-Loaded Nee D To Be Furnished At The Time Of Submitting The Offer By The Firm Participating In The Tender.
