Tender For Providing Bathing Tub In Existing Borewell With Sintex At Ward No .3 Venthanpatti Road Parapallam In Nerkuppai Town Panchayat.; 1 Earthwork excavation for foundation to the full depth as may be directed by departmental officers in all types of soils except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in the places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 Meters and initial lift 2 Metres and clearing and levelingthe site etc.complete complying with standard specification.SS20B 2 PlainCement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28). 3 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid) For drain side wall 4 Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand ) using new best countryBricks of size 8 ¾”x 4 ¼”x 2 ¾”from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications. 5 Plastering with C.M.1:5 (One part of cement and five part of sand) mix using 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ete., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers 6 Supplying& fabrication of steel of all RCC work including cost of steel binding wire& labour charge for fabrication & placing in position etc. complete. 7 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken stone jelly for all RCC items of work excluding centering strutting, and reinforcement grills placed in position but including mixing concrete, laying and vibrations charges, curing, etc complete and including providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary etc. complete complying with standard specification( TNBP No:30) 8 Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 15 c.m x 15c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.
