NCTPS - II- M I Circle – BM Division – Unit I 600MW Boiler – Supply and erection of Insulation at Boiler I pass, II pass, Burner, Valves, Pent house and Air preheater during annual overhaul period of 2024-25.; 1 Fixing of Insulation :This work involves removal of insulation and refixing with new / old insulaiton material in Boiler pressure parts, Critical pipe pipe lines, Burners, Valves, Oil lines, ECO ducts, Airpreheater and pent house etc., Charges inclusive of cost of T&Ps and consumables.Charges for 75mm thick : 2 Fixing of Insulation :This work involves removal of insulation and refixing with new / old insulaiton material in Boiler pressure parts, Critical pipe pipe lines, Burners, Valves, Oil lines, ECO ducts, Airpreheater and pent house etc., Charges inclusive of cost of T&Ps and consumables.Charges for 150mm thick : 3 Fixing of Insulation :This work involves removal of insulation and refixing with new / old insulaiton material in Boiler pressure parts, Critical pipe pipe lines, Burners, Valves, Oil lines, ECO ducts, Airpreheater and pent house etc., Charges inclusive of cost of T&Ps and consumables.Charges for 210mm thick : 4 Fixing of cladding sheet :This work involves fixing of G.I Sheet with new / old G.I Sheet over insulation done in Boiler pressure parts, Critical pipe pipe lines, Burners, Valves, Oil lines, ECO ducts, Airpreheater and pent house etc., Charges inclusive of cost of T&Ps and consumables. 5 Arresting of cladding Sheet with M.S fin plates:This work consists of gas cutting of M.S plates of various size from 100 to 300 mm plates into required length to suit to the site requirement, grinding of fin plates, welding arrangements for welding of fin plates, welding arrangment for welding of fin plates in the boiler structure I beams and channels to arrest the G.I sheet in place and avoid air ingression / ash leakage. Charges inclusive of T&Ps and consumables. 6 Charges for providing temporary scaffolding for positioning, aligning and welding of scaffolding materials dismantling the temporary scaffolding after completion of works.
