Buckets for stand and water having top cover made of ms angle 16 swg for rain protection . The stand is to be painted with one coat red oxide and two coat synthentic enamel paint of post office red colour of Burger/Asian/Nerolac Make writting of word Fire in English & vkx in Hindi on stand letter of 150 mm size.(as per sample). 18 PART-B(1) (63 MVA T/F ERECTION WORK) 19 Safely shifting of 63 MVA T/F main tank from unloading place to existing T/F plinth by dragging distance about 20 Mtrs including turning of T/F if required including handling & shifting of all accessories of 63 MVA T/F such as radiator, conservator tank, bushing, cooling fan, marshling box, motor drive mechanism of RTCC panel, oil pipe line,t/f oil drum & all associated materials from store / unloading place to erection site as per requirement upto completion of job satisfactroily. 20 Additional shifting 80Mtr. @ 5mtr/ job 21 Complete erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conserator tank, all bushing, with their turrets connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans,, motordrive mechaism of tap changer, RTCC panels etc. to complete the job satisfactroily including topping up of transformer oil in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and all other associated works for satisfactroy completion of work including all arrangement of T&P and man power. 22 Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/F by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machineand taking the BDV , PPMvalue of the oil periodically (Every hour) till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the oil in T/F and tank. (Operator,centrifuging machine and testing equipment shall be arrange by the Contactor). 23 Prepairing cable schedule and Laying, Dressing,, binding and Termination of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable marking the top and its ferruling as per schedule and inter connection with T/F to C&R panel, RTCC panel, cooling fans ,marshaling box, driving mechanism etc and as per site requirement for satisfactroily completion of job. 24 Safely carriage of oil tank for above work from 400 KV S/S Masauli to 132 KV S/S Teliarganj including loading, unloading & shifting at working place also to and fro distance approx. 2x80=160 km. 25 Making of Delta earthing of transformer neutral bushing by 3 meter, 40/36 MM MS round and 75x10mm, MSFlat including cutting, bending & proper welding & connect with HV, LV Neutral bushing with double MS Flat 75x10 MM as per drawing. The job also includes Excavation of soil for connecting main Earth mat (X and Y) co-ordination with delta earthing and levelling of soil after completion of work. 26 Earthing of T/F body, MB DM box OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10/50x6mm M.S. flat (M.S Flat shall be provided by the department) The job also includes Excavation of soil for connecting main Earth mat (X and Y)and levelling of soil after completion of work. 27 Painting of various MS Flat by one coat red oxide primer and two coat bus green paint of Nerolac/Burger/Asian make including painting of joints below ground by best quality of non corrosive paint. 28 Fabrication of radiator guards made of M.S. angle frame (inner angle of size 35x35x4mm, outer angle of size 50x50x6 mm supporting leg of size 75x75x10 mm) fitted with steel wire mesh, (20x20mm, 08SWG) for the front and top of the radiator of L.T. side of 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Teliarganj as per the site requiement including the cost of the labour, T&P and materials. 29 Fixing of new fabricated radiator guards into the pit of size 2x2x2 fit and ground on earth by 1:2:4 C.C. mixture and making the plinth of 1x1x1 fit above ground level alongwith plastering including the cost of the labour, T&P and materials. 30 Rubbing and cleaning of radiator guard by sand paper, removing the dust and rust. Providing and applying one coat of red oxide primer and then after two coat of synthetic enamelled good quality paint of Asian/berger/Nerolac make in Grey colour. 31 Testing of newly erected 63 MVA T/F oil by arranging appropriate equipments of folllowing testing BDV, PPM, DGA, TAN DELTA resistivity and all assocaited testing as per instruction. 32 PART-B(2) (63MVA T/F BAY, 132 & 33KV BUS ANDBAY STRENTHENING WORK ) 33 Shorting, counting and shifting of galvanized structure to loading point and loading its on vehicle at EFU-Naini, Prayagraj. 34 Carriage of above 12.75 MT structure from EFU Naini, Prayagraj to 132 KV S/S Teliyarganj approx. distance 15 km. (vehicle, man, materials provided by contractor at his own cost) 35 Unloading, shorting member wise and stocking properly galv. structure at the store of 132 KV S/S Naini Complex. 36 Erection of Galvanised Type S/S Structure like BTM-2 no, AXM-3no, BCT-6 no, BBL-3 no, BTI-1 no, ALP--17no, CCM-4no, CGM-2no & ABL-4no etc. including shifting of all materials i.e. structure parts, nut, bolt & washer etc. from S/S store to erection site. Matching of hole cutting, matching of member including fabrication if required shall be done the contractor. 37 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments including shifting from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily:- 38 145 KV Bus Isolator with post isulator 39 145 KV Tendam Isolator with post isulator 40 145 KV CT includind Jn Box 41 120 KV LA 42 132 KV SF6 CB 43 145 KV PT includind Jn Box 44 132 KV P I 45 36 KV CB 46 30 KV LA 47 36 KV CT includind Jn Box 48 33 KV PT includind Jn Box 49 36 KV Bus Isolator 2000A 50 36 KV Bus isolator 1250A 51 132/33KV T/F C&R Panel 52 Shifting & Erection of sub station transformer 250 KVA capacity old foundation to new foundation including opening & closing all jumpers, cable connection & earthing etc. to satisfactorily of work as per site requirement. 53 Making fuse set RYB phase of sub station transformer including fixing of PI and all required materials for completion of satisfactorily job between bus isolator to sub station transformer for satisfactorily completion of job. 54 Laying of control cable from C&R Panel, RTCC panel to Transformer Marshaling box, D/M Box, CT, PT, Isolator etc. as per site requirement also Prepairing cable schedule and Dressing,, binding and Termination of cable including fixing of cable tray support structure and termination of cable marking the top and its ferruling as per schedule and inter connection withC&R panel, CT, PT, Isolators etc. as per site requirement for satisfactroily completion of job. 55 1.1 KV unarmoured control cable 2Cx2.5 sq.mm. 56 1.1 KV unarmoured control cable 4Cx2.5 sq.mm. 57 1.1 KV unarmoured control cable 6Cx2.5 sq.mm. 58 1.1 KV unarmoured control cable 10Cx2.5 sq.mm. 59 Laying of power cable 3.5Cx300 sq.mm &3.5Cx50 sq.mm. from Sub station Transformer to ACDB (.08 km) & ACDBto LTDB panel (.2 km) including interconnection of power cable by suitable lug in both side as per UPPTCL norms.(Lug provided by the contractor). 60 Stringing of Jack Bus bar of Panther conductor including hoisting of insulator & all fitting. 61 Providing jumper of panther conductor from 132 KV Busbar / Jackbus To various equipment like HV bushing,132 KV Isolator,132 kv,132 KV CB,132 KV CT,132 KV LA,132 kv PI,132 KV T/F bushing and other equipment as per site requirement including cutting, bending proper tightening with clamp, required materials carriage from store to site & extra/waste materials proper stored in Sub station store. 62 Providing jumper of double moose conductor T/F LV Bushingto various equipment like 33 kv bus isolator,33 kv CB,33 kv CT,33 kv LA, and 33 kv bus bar etc other equipment as per site requirement including cutting, bending proper tightening with clamp,spacer, required materials carriage from store to site & extra/waste materials proper stored in Sub station store. 63 Providing jumper of single/double moose conductor from bus bar to section isolator etc and other equipment as per site requirement including cutting, bending proper tightening with clamp, required materials carriage from store to site & extra/waste materials proper stored in Sub station store. 64 132 KV side 65 33 KV side 66 Laying of MS Round 40/36 mm in 5 mtr interwell on X-Y axis by digging of soil below 1 meter ground level including pearcing of 3meter electrode and proper connect with X-Y axis earthing grid then proper back filling & leveling etc. 67 Making of Delta earthing of transformer LA by 3 meter, 40/36 MM MS round and 75x10mm, MS Flat including pearcing, cutting, bending & proper welding & connect with 132 KV LA & 33 KV LA with double MS Flat 75x10 MM as per drawing. The job also includes Excavation of soil for connecting main Earth mat (X and Y) co-ordination with delta earthing and levelling of soil after completion of work. 68 Earthing of all structure, equipment & cable trench by digging of soil as per site requirement with X-Y axis MS round including cutting, bending, laying approx 800 mm below the ground level and backfilling of excavated earth alongwith raising and other assocaited works by MS Flat 75x10 MM/ MS Flat 50x6 MM/ MS Flat 25x6 MM. 69 Painting of various MS Flat by one coat red oxide primer and two coat bus green paint of Nerolac/Burger/Asian make including painting of joints below the ground by best quality of non corrosive paint of aforesaid. 70 Dismatnling of existing 132 KV main Bus bar of moose conductor including opening of old jumpers from 132 KV all connected feeders and Shifting of above dismantled materials from site to S/S store including proper stacking etc.. 71 Stringing of New 132 KV Bus Bar of twin moose conductor with double tension fitting,disc insulator, spacer etc.including cutting,bending and proper tightening within one day limited S/D period by providing seperete gang for two section for complition of setisfactory job. 72 Providing jumper of panther conductor from 132 KV Main Busbar To 132 kv bus isolator in various feeder & other equipment as per site requirement including cutting, bending proper tightening with clamp within limited s/d period, required materials carriage from store to site & extra/waste materials proper stored in Sub station store. 73 Dismatnling of existing 33 KV twin bus bar of moose conductor including opening of old jumpers from 33 KV all connected feeders & Shfiting of above dismantled materials from site to S/S store including proper stacking et. 74 Stringing of dismantled 33 KV Bus Bar after cutting it 6 meter length then fixing of double tension fitting of twin moose conductor making bus bar proper for new erected 33 KV Gantry including replacement of damaged Bus Bar conductor & jumper as per site requirement in all feeders then proper tightening with clamp etc. including shifting of materials from S/S store to site if required in limited shutdown period. 75 Stringing of 33 KV Bus bar twin moose conductor (length approx 12 mtr.) by using suitable hardware including shifting of materials from S/S store to site in limited shutdown period. 76 Providing jumper of single/double moose conductor from 33 KV Main Busbar To 33 kv bus isolator in various feeder & other equipment as per site requirement including cutting, bending proper tightening with clamp within limited s/d period, required materials carriage from store to site & extra/waste materials proper stored in Sub station store. 77 Grouting & earthing of LTDB panel then laying & fixing of power cable from ACDB to LTDB and proper connecting with proper lug etc. alongwith interconnection of switchyard lighting & others equipments.This job also include shifting of LTDB panel from store to site. 78 Providing and fixing of 160/150watt LED light( Make- CGL/Hawells) on substation gantry by clamp in connection of supply cable between light and LTDB panel and allied works for satesfactory complition job. 79 Wiring of L&F 5A with piano key type switchyard of standard make like Anchor using PVC insulated copper wire of 1.5 Sqmm of good quality as ISI specification & earth wire 0.75 Sqmm in casing capping type wiring type wiring alongwith wall & roof including junction boxes fitted with white sunmika base and other material of approved quality for completion of work in all respect. 80 Supply & Fixing of decorative recessed Energy Efficient LED fitting of size 600x600mm of 36 Watt Havells / Crompton make. 81 Providing & Fixing of Sub main distribution box 4 way IPNDB with 100 Amp MCB isolator & 02Nos SP MCBs of different capacity of Havells make with sheet metal enclosure of 16 SWG of proper size to accommodate above fixture. 82 Providing & fixing of name plate made of 3 mm aluminum composite panel of size 300x200 mm to be covered with 3 M hip retro reflective sheeting with detail of equipment made by the computer typing in the sheet & fixing it on structure with the help of nut & bolts. All t& p labour nut & bolt shall be provided by the contractor. 83 Providing & fixing bay name display board of MS Sheet 16 gase size 400x250 mm with the help of MS pipe having inner frame approx. size 2x1 with welding of two legs of MS angle of 03 feet and writing name of bay black colour after painting sheet with02 coat of red primer & 01 coat yellow colour both side of display board including digging, grounting, concreating (1:2:4 Ratio), 1.5 feet from ground level & all associated work to installed Bay name display board. 84 Dismantling of existing 33 KV Gantry CCM, CGM, ABL, ALP etc. then shifting to store & proper stacking. 85 Carriage of misslacllaneious matterial from differen substation to 132 KV S/S teliyarganj including loading, unloading & shifting (distance 100 Km. approx).
