Procurement And Installation Of Audio Visual Equipments In The Administrative Building At Bari Brahmana Campus Of Jkedi- 1 Providing and laying tufted level loop design imported tile, carpet 600 x 600 mm in gauge 1/10 (39.37 rows per 10 cm) weighting 882 gms/ sqm (face weight) density 7145, stitches per inch 11.7, solution dyed, action back, green lable plus, with life time limited wear, colour fastness warranty (Make : Mohak/Shaw/as approved by the Engineer in charge). 2 Providing and laying wooden flooring 8mm thick and as per approved sample, colour and laid on the existing leveled flooring with approved adhesive & Underlay including skirting & profile etc. complete as per manufacturers specification & approved by Engineer in charge. 3 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, fixed in position with screws/ nails/ fastners including applying coat of wood preservative, melamine polishing/ 1mm thick laminate etc. complete as per design and drawing first class teak wood including 12 mm thick tuffen glass for shutter & fitting all complete Job. 4 P/F wall paneling comprising of the following: saal wood frame framing 25mm X 50mmfixed to wall with necessary screws on both ways 600,, c/c. 8 mm thick commerical ply fixed to wooden framing upto sill level height and 1mm thick laminate fixed to existing paneling including all nails, glues, on allexposed faces, wood preservative paint, complete as per design and drawing. 5 Providing and fixing Roller blinds of approved make including all necessary arrangement for adjustment etc. Heavy dutyall complete (Make: London Mist/View Point/ as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing and fixing wooden false ceiling made of standard GI sections and 12 mm thick commerical ply inclusive all hangers, edge members and other clips complete as per with 12 mm thick ply fixed with proper Philip screws 1mm thick laminate with groove all inclusive complete job. 7 Providing and applying 6-8 mm thick plaster of paris (Super Fine quality) punning on wall, scraping and hatching the existing finished surfaces and applying Plaster of Paris on the walls, making in proper line and levels for smooth finish etc. completeas per design and drawing. 8 Preparation of surfaces and painting walls/ceilings with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work over a coat of primer/ with roller finish. 9 Supplying and fixing Sofa Seats: fully upholstered with concealed framewok of 2 X 3 hollock wood with adequate larger sections required according to the contouring profile understructure to have flat coil springs, covered with best quality Hessian cloth and the seat to have high density rubber foam 4 for base, 3 for back and arms, and high density 12 thick polyurethane foam to provide accurate contours, covered in marking and finished with specific fabric. All shapes contours, slopes and curves shall be as per design/ approved sample (fabric cost not less than Rs. 500/ m) quote. 3 seater sofa (complete job) as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 10 Supplying and fixing Side table of size 600 x 600 mm in teakwood and steel as per details and design approved by Engineer in chargeand glass top 12mm beveled and edged polished, melamine finished as per pecifications and drawings (complete job) as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing and fixing Storage/ display for conference in levels out of veneered cupboards with 19 mm thick water proof ply combined with glass cases totally finished to approved detail and design and in melamine finish with glass shelves etc. finish in 1 mm thick (complete job) vinner as approved & directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 12 Providing and fixing 450 mm deep veneerd planters and platforms made out of 19mm thick. MDF board exterior grade with all exposed vertical surfaces cold pressed with 3.5 mm thick. Cherry veneer and all internal surfaces fixed with backing laminate as per the design and approval of the Architect. The planters shall contain a planter box made in level out of 22 guage sheet GI with handles lifting and made fit to size and painted inside with bitumen paint. All exposed edges of the board shall planters shall have a cherry wood moulding of section size 25 x 25 mm. All wooden/veneered surfaces shall be spirit polished and finished with a melamine 3 coats measurement will be done on Plant area of top. 13 Providing and fixing fabric mounted pin-board panels using 12 mm tack board surface on 20 mmply cladding duly covered in suitable fabric, as approved by site Engineer (cost of fabric, not to exceed Rs. 600 per meter.) tack board to have suitable 12 x 20 mm timber beading under fabric for crisp edge. (for ecostics paneling) 14 Providing and Fixing 4mmthick veneer (matching grain) fixed to existing commerical ply base completely including melamine polish/ 1 mm thick laminate.(complete job) 15 Providing and Fixing 50mm thick 1000 gsm micron poly fiber for ecostic system to be held in position with chicken mesh of 18mm and 24 swg below window sill level in wall paneling. 16 Providing and applying three coats sands tax matt of approved brand and shade on the walls/ POP surface.
