Construction work of CC road from Belthara Madhuban Marg to Ranjits farm in Dumri village of Fatehpur Mandav development block- Earth work in cutting or embankmentin ordinary soil excavation to be in form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 metre depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20Cm (8) layers including ramming and dresing the surface to requiredlevel and slope but soil taken from 1 Km cartageas per SI. No253 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m & lift up to 30.0 Mtr & including filling,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundataion trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge up to a distance of 30.0 Mtr from the foundation trenchesas per SI. N0. 251. 3 Concrete with 4 cm. gauge brick ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 12:6:1in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per SI. N0. 273 4 Construction of granular sub-base (Grade-1 G.S.B.) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers @1.28 times the specified compacted thicknes with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.(A) 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform loose thickness hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, type-B 11.2mm stone screenings @0.18 Cum per 10 Sqm to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 4.7.3) By manual means 6 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarsesand above 2.25 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials,labour and t&p etc required for proper completion of the work.as per SI. (B) 7 Construction of Un Reinforced ,dowel jointed at expansion and constuction joint only , Plain Cement Concrete pavement , thickness as per design , over a prepared sub base , with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (M-30 Grade) , coarse and fine aggregrates conforming to IS :383 , maximum size of coarse aggregrate not to exceed 25mm,mixed in a concrete mixer not less than 0.20cum capacity and appropriate wieght batcher using approved mix design ,laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel , laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film , wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes , compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrators and finishing in continousoperation joints, applying debonding stripes, primer ,sealant dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints , admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to linesand grade as per drawing and technical specification MORD 1501 (excluding supply polythene and making of contraction Joint ) as per rate sanctioned by S.E. R.E.D Azamgarh 8 Providing and Laying 125 micron thin polythene to act as separation layer 9 Makingcontraction / constructionjoint withfilling bitumin 40% , asbestas 5% and coarse sandincluding all for proper completion ofthe work 10 12 mm thick plaster over brick work with cement mortar consisting of one part cement & four parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per SI NO 584
