Tender For Work No 04 Construction Work Of Gate 01 For The Proposed Industrial Township At Village Kirra, PROPOSED ENTRANCE GATE (24.0m Wide) FOR INDUSTRIAL TOWNSHIP AT VILLAGE KIRRA, KHURJA, DISTRICT BULANDSHAHAR (UP). Sl. No. Item Description 1 ENTRANCE GATE-1 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 M. and lead upto 30 M. and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplusearth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M. from the foundation trenches. (Where machine can not reach/move). 3 PCC WORK 4 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Boring, providing and installation bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. by percussion drilling using Direct mud circulation (DMC) or Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical Winch Machine all complete, including removal of excavated earth with all its lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured up to bottom of pile cap). Note: Truck Mounted rotary/TMR/Tubewell boring machine shall not be used . 500 mm dia piles 6 REINFORCEMENT CEMENT CONCRETE 7 Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work;usingcoarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources,portland pozzolana / ordinary portland /portland Slagcement,admixtures in recommended proportions as per iS: 9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete, to improve durability andworkabilitywithout impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing,carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge;for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately.in case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. 8 All works upto plinth levelUp to Plinth Lvl. concrete of M25 grade withminimum cement content of 330 kg /cum 9 All works above plinth level upto floor V level concrete of M25 grade withminimum cementcontent of 330 kg /cum 10 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 11 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 12 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. with water proof ply 12 mm thick 13 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform. with water proof ply 12 mm thick 14 REINFORCEMENT WORK 15 Steel reinforcement for r.c.c. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. thermo-mechanically treated bars of gradeFE-550D (Make:-Tata or Sail) 16 M.S. or iron work of small sizes and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie rods grating etc. wrought to required from including supply of steel bolts, nuts wastage etc. and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. 17 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes 18 BRICK WORK 19 First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work. 20 First class Brick Work in 1:4 cement & Coarse sand. mortar in superstructure including necessary Cutting & moulding of brick as required thickness owalls not to be less than 1½ brick. Add extra labour to above items. 21 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams. 22 Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. 23 Providing and applying of Heritage GRIT FINISH, a surface texture paint after applying corresponding roller coat brush finish as heritage primer on pre plasterd surface to be smooth level without any undulations,color scheme as per approved sample in approved shade.Grit is a two component system of natural marble chips 25 kg and 5 kg of Bonding agent (100% pure Acryalic emulsion). The composition of texture paint consits of grit, made of natural marble chips,no pigment added matt finish.flame retardant resistance to fungal and algal attacks The first coat (primer )should be applied by brush or wool roller as base coat, diluted with sufficient water and the next coat a final coat to be applied with trowel and properly finished. The thickness of both coat should be 1.00 mm to 1.50 mm.Application to be carried out by companys Authorised Dealer Approved Rate of MVDA Mathura 24 Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N, Shalimar, Asian Paint after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also sand papered smooth including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 25 FLOORING WORK 26 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm 27 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (Granite work) 28 Supply and fixing of Kota stone in flooring 25 mm thick and joint filled with 1:2 cement and coarse sand with approved colouring materials to be given an even shade with 20 mm base coat (bedding) of 1:4 cement & coarse sand morter and polished by hand or machine and finally finished with french manson polish or other approved polish including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work 29 Supply and fixing 20 mm thick Kota stone tiles in riser of steps, skirting, dado & Pillars laid on 12mm (Avg) thick morter in with 1:3cement and approved coarse sand morter & jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab finished with rubbing and polished of approved quality complete, including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 30 DOOR AND WINDOW 31 C.P. Teak wood wrought framed and fixed including simple mouldings, straight work as in chaukhats including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 32 Supply and fixing 35 mm. thick Commercial flush door shutters conforming of I.S. 2202 Part1(1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles and springs (excluding cost of fittings) 33 As above item no. 473 Aluminium Fittings ISI marked. 34 Fixed window / ventilator without mullion / transom. Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute,to be provided by the manufacturer for : (i) Siteswith basic wind speed > 45 m/sec as per IS 875 – Part 3 (ii)Sites with structure height more than 20m for all wind speeds 36 Two track two panels sliding window with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body.Using R3 series with frame (55mm & above) x (40mm & above) & sash (30mm & above) x(55mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated handle on every panel along with multi-point locking system (Height upto 1.8m). 37 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): 38 With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) 39 ROOF WORK 40 Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 andapproved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.“All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm 41 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase 42 Making khurras 45x45 cm with average minimum thickness of 5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) over P.V.C. sheet 1 m x1 m x 400 micron, finished with 12 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and a coat of neat cement, rounding the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete. 43 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter 44 Providing and fixing in wall/frame structure lining medium 4 mm thick ACP Sheet all complete as per Site-in-Charge
