Capacity storage type water geysers etc. as reqd. i/c credit for worn out accessories under buy back. 2 a) 1.5/2KW Geyser heating element 3 b) Geyser thermostate 4 c) PVC/SS flexible connection 5 d) 25 Amp Plug Top 6 e) 32 Amp Modular SP MCB 7 Supplying & replacement of following vertical type Capacity storage type water geysers, water connections etc. i/c credit for worn out geyser etc. as required. 8 a) 15ltrs Capacity storage 9 b) 25ltrs Capacity storage 10 Supply & Fixing of3 Core 1.5 Sq. mm PVC round sheathed Multicore bright Electrolytic annealed bare copper conductor Flexible Industrial Power Cables for working voltages upto and including 1100 Volts etc. as required. 11 Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box/Pvc with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required. 12 Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, GI box/Pvc alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. 13 a) 6 Module (200mmX75mm) 14 b) 8 Module (125mmX125mm) 15 c) 12 Module (200 mmX150 mm) 16 Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. 17 a) 6 pin 15/16 amp socket outlet 18 b) 15/16 amp switch 19 Supplying & fabrication of wiremesh protection framework fabricating with 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron and Tee Iron of 40x40x5mm thick by making blocks of not less than 90x90cm in frame i/c providing and fixing of 6mm thick wiremesh of section 75mmx25mm of i/c openable door from front /back side of the same formation with locking arrangement having weight not less than 7.75 Kg/Sqmtr and shall be fixed having legs of angle of size 50x50x6mm long length 50cm and is to grouted in cement concrete foundation and all frame work is to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as required at site. 20 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. a) Hot finished welded type tubes 21 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
